I've never visited a dealership or bought a car and thought... "I really enjoyed that". Until I bought my new car from Mount Vernon Motors, this place is so different to anywhere I've been before for a car. For starters, there was no watching over me and secondly nobody gave me a huge sales pitch... I enjoyed buying a car here, the process was fun and the whole thing was really exciting, I got the 'new car buzz', and the experience to go with it. I will only ever buy from here moving forward, a genuine car dealership! Now that's a rarity!

Impeccable from start to finish. The car is absolutely amazing it drives so nicely and is in immaculate condition. Charlie and the young blonde girl were superb as well they really went out of their way for us and Charlie even gave us a lift into town to sort the tax out. They couldn't have been any nicer, and they have sold me a beautiful car. Without a doubt I will be back, but for now I will be recommending friends on their incredible service.

This is my second purchase from Mount Vernon, I came back because the first time round they were faultless! Everything about them is spot on, from the standard of cars, to the level of customer service and politeness of the staff. They are just absolutely brilliant. Every time I go, they are all so friendly and really value your custom, they accommodate well and let you take your time when viewing the car. I can't get over how amazing Mount Vernon have been with me whilst I purchased my Mercedes A200. They were such a lovely group of people, it was a nice environment and not the generic pressurised showroom. It was really chilled out when I was viewing the car, no pushiness at all. I went in with my young son, and the salesman was so patient with us both, he was very friendly and understood my needs and budget well. It was so nice to go to a dealership who is for the people and not the money. I wish more dealers were like these guys, they have been absolutely fantastic. Since buying, I've even been in to other dealerships where I've had problems previously and told them how superior Mount Vernon has been compared to them😂 I honestly can not put into words how happy I am with Mount Vernon, you guys were an absolute credit to yourselves and have gained a customer for life in me. I have recommended these guys to so many people and will continue doing so. They are THE dealership that everybody needs in their life!

My new motor is driving soundly, it has been a great new addition. I am as happy as Larry with the car, really impressed! The customer service was impeccable, they were extremely helpful and really looked after me throughout the whole process. If a second hand car is what you are looking for, get down to Mount Vernon straight away... you will not be disappointed.

The hunt is finally over! I have found THE one. After looking for hours, and viewing multiple Mercs, I finally came across this beauty. It was the best condition out of them all, it had the highest spec, the cleanest interior and exterior, and was an absolute bargain of a price. As soon as I viewed it I fell in love, and I've not looked back since. Mount Vernon were absolutely fantastic, helpful and really accommodated me during the purchase. They have dealt me an excellent car, and it has been a faultless buy. I would be more than happy to return again and have already told friends how good they were.

Great garage, very helpful and provided excellent customer service. I did have a few issues at the beginning, however, they handled them exceptionally well and got it sorted for me with no problems at all. They are a very courteous dealership and I would be more than happy to return again, I know my money is safe in their hands.

I bought a Focus ST recently and it is unbelievable, it brings so much joy when I drive it, and by gosh it picks up pace very quickly! A flawless experience yet again from Mount Vernon, they never fail to impress and always deliver exceptional customer service. From the moment of arriving I was cared for and looked after as if I was their only customer. The communication is strong and updates were given regularly keeping me fully in the loop. This time I purchased an Astra and as expected the car is exactly what I hoped for, its even better than advertised, much more character and some great modern features.
