I had an amazing experience with National Car Hub, buying an Audi A3. The salesmen weren’t pushy at all and were very patient with me. The car has been phenomenal from the beginning and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone else looking for a car!

Visited national car hub to purchase my new vehicle , I must say these guys have got it right very approachable, professional, The vehicle was prepped to a high standard and all the things on the vehicle we agreed was done, thanks guys see you in a few years

I wish I actually paid more attention to the reviews of a dealership before visiting... MARKKKK the general manager is the worst person you would ever have to deal with. How he is still working there is beyond me, ruining the reputation if I'm honest. He, being aware it's my first car purchase did not make me aware of the following things: The deposit was separate to the price of the car he offered me Pressured me into buying at least 1 of their add ons FAILED TO TELL ME THE REFUND IS NON REFUNDABLE and nowhere on the contract/ invoice does it say that!!!! I contacted this place many times, being passed on from one to another and just being brushed off to get my new invoice as the one I originally received was wrong.. 6 days have passed and I decided to visit the place as I was yet to receive any history documentation that was promised to me and I paid money at the end of the day (£250), Paul was actually polite and it was a nice comparison to Mark who walked away from me and said "actually I don't need to speak to you anymore". as he walked away from me, knowing he has just basically scammed me by not explaining the terms and conditions or at the very least sent me a letter afterwards stating the non-refundable policy said to me "let me make it very clear for you. you are not getting the refund and I do not need to show you any paperwork pr invoice as it has nothing to do with you" If that's a place you would want to resolve your issues then enter at your own risk. I have filed a complaint to civil court and the police

I am going to complain to trading standards as i have had a similar situation with yourself. Mark is a liar and the worst person you can come across, he has no people skills and is just after your money. I wish i had read the reviews before going to them. Please stay clear from national car hub they are fraud

I’ve been so excited for a new car for ages! And when I found my dream car at National car hub, I was so excited! With great customer service and Great knowledge the process was so easy from start to finish. Thank you so much and me and my dad will be back next week to find him his new car. Definitely would recommend!

Must admit always a bit apprehensive shopping for a car but these guys were great and put me at ease. Never felt pressured or obliged to make a decision on the spot. A varied forecourt and a well informed and professional sales team . Ticked all the boxes and I left the showroom a very happy lady

I have recently purchased my second car from National Car Hub for my daughter who has recently passed her test and will say that the whole team are very professional and the process from start to finish has been flawless. I’d been looking for my new car for close to six months as I’m really fussy about what I purchase and who from. Found exactly what I wanted at National Car Hub and bought it. Got a great value for my part ex. Finance was arranged in house whilst I was on site. Service was second to none. Highly recommended
