⚠️AVOID THIS PLACE! ⚠️ Please take time to read this before considering buying a car from here (you'll thank me later.) They sell cars that shouldn't pass mots and are unsafe to be on the road. We bought 4 cars and 3 were unsafe, 1 had mould growing everywhere, 1 had suspension issues to the point where the wheel was about to collapse. I Had to wait 2 weeks for my car to be 'ready' that I paid for 2 weeks prior for, the body work was shocking after asking it to be repaired (they actually made it worse.) The engine lifted and shook when accelerating, brakes also shook the car when slowing down, the car wouldn't start in a morning due to glow plug issues yet non of this was picked up on a fresh mot or diagnostic machine or pre delivery inspection. I returned the car a day later to say I wasn't happy with it and had to wait another 2 weeks for a curtosy car. I got fed up of waiting almost a month for my car to be fixed and returned the car for a refund. I then found out they were selling my car which without my consent as I was still the owner and still had all documentation and log book and had to get trading standards and police involved as they were being awkward about giving me my refund. Finally 4 weeks later of numerous emails and phone calls only from my end I received the refund. The after sales is shocking and rude, when you go there with any issues you hear the staff slating customers and you can see and hear the staff talking about you in the offices, it seems like they don't have a clue what's going on, staff don't communicate and paperwork is everywhere, they were selling my part exchanged car for 30,000 miles less than what it actually had on the clock and they will try everything to avoid giving you an answer or even answering your email. Finally you will be there waiting for 4+ hours for a 10 minute chat so take some refreshments and snacks as they don't offer you any.

The worst experience of any purchase I have ever made in every way. possible. Really poor communications, customer service doesn't exist (50+ emails and telephone calls - most ignored). Car sold with factory recall that I had to rectify. Similar experience with other faults identified on day of purchase. In hindsight should have just returned vehicle on day one but gave NCH benefit of the doubt - never again! Provided opportunity to repair - Put simply they couldn't and nor could their alleged specialist despite having car for a week for what should have been a 1 hour job. They ultimatley made problem worse by trying to bodge repairs costing me £950 to rectify elsewhere using a decent garage. Fast forward several weeks having lost all confidence in NCH following a catalogue of un-truths they told me which included agreeing car needed £700 in parts alone they only offered £350 a figure they plucked from the air - leaving me well out of pocket both in time and cash. Don't take any reassurance in NCH being partnered with AA - Not worth the paper it is written on either!

Bought a car on the 29/09 from national car hub, 1st impression customer service was good. I chose the car to be delivered to my house and that when the problem started. The car was not valeted as promised, there had a broken sight mirror, scratch on the passenger side and was told it will be fixed and painted but I received the car nothing had been fixed. Bought a Gen 3 leather kit and was missing in my car, I had to chase them for a long time and they kept lying the parcel has been posted. They can impress you to buy the car but once you make the purchase anything happens they don't care anymore:(

Purchased a car from these guys and cannot fault the service received or the car. They had a big selection of cars including the Audis. Got a great deal on my part exchange and a competitive finance package. Thank you again for making the whole process simple.

From the first phone call to the collecting of my car, I was delighted with the helpful and efficient service from all the staff I spoke to. Neil and Paul made sure i understood the process and kept me updated while my car was being prepared for collection. Thanks!

I recently bought a car from national car hub, from the start the service was simply amazing, my sales exec was Neil he was very patient with me helped me find the best car for my needs, he talked me through the full process, phoebe helped me when I needed an update on when my car was going to be ready as I was due to go on holiday phoebe helped me amazing, Will recommend to all my friends and family

I had an amazing experience with National Car Hub, buying an Audi A3. The salesmen weren’t pushy at all and were very patient with me. The car has been phenomenal from the beginning and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone else looking for a car!
