The car I bought from National Car Credit packed up after 2 weeks. When I asked for a refund I was threatened. If Incould give zero stars I would do. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Me and my Partner purchased a car from here, but 6 months down the line the car packed in on us. We have tried to contact them but they don't reply. The car had so many faults we ended up spending over £3000 to get it fixed. By reading other people comments they have had very similar problems to us. STAY WELL CLEAR
National car credit is now not trading at Warrington but they are believed to be using a few names from this premise. Click4carfinance and Box fresh finance also the car wash wash my ride is apart of these fraudsters!! Also CarCredit uk ltd in station road Northwich for the past month or two has now changed to Nationwide car finance, still under William and Barry. Please be aware of these companies & people. Trading standards are involved with all individuals involved connected to these businesses
I have had two cars from these guys first one got wrote off by a bus went back got a Vauxhall insignia great car never had problem with very friendly staff
Purchase a car from National Car Credit in may when I got the car there was a few problems so I rang NCC and informed then they told me to pay for the problems to get fixed and they will give the money back still to this day I haven’t had a penny back when I ring them they tell me they will put it in but never do been waiting nearly 6 month for my money back poor service.

You will not get anywhere they are bust and shutdown they have a new company name called car credit UK I have phoned and it rings for a bit then hangs up au warinties said car credit has not honerd any previous agread warinties under there previous name and that they didn't regaser them in the first placeso hope you have better luck than me bye
Worst company you could buy a car from. Once National Car Credit have your money they will treat you with contempt and not respond to any emails or calls unless they have too. Cars are not checked properly before being sold and the warrenty they claim to provide is crap.Avoid at all costs.

Purchased car back seat. Seat well full water. One month needed a new Timing chain warranty company paid 500 we paid. 400 four weeks later car. Engine blown. National Car Credit said they will FIx the car.7 weeks later Car still not fixed. They Sent to garage and is more In storage than being repaired. Billing finance Been quiet helpful finally Cancelled the finance agreement. Rang nationalCar Credit and told that They have closed down May be still tradin. They where national car Credit based Warrington Not the best experience.

I have just had similar my car after 5 months engine blown they offerd 50% of the bill i took it to finiancial ombusman and won the case just awaiting my momey back after 9 weeks of frustration

They are now trading as carcreditukltd same pattern they bumped trade centre warrington now they have bumped national car credit to avoid paying tax bills. Do your homework its Bernard Drinkwater behind all of these and google his name. Do you really want to buy a car from anything he is involved in??
After approving my loan application National Car Credit tried to pressurise me into paying a deposit on a car I hadnt even seen.When I said I would have to go and see the car and test drive it before committing,they cancelled my application.
I needed a car urgently and saw a nice car for sale on the National Car Credit website. Phoned and they told me that the car was still for sale... 150 miles to Warrington and surprise... The car wasn't there or even for sale... They talked me into get another car… Due to desperation I bought a car for more money and more mileage than I wanted... With 2 years warranty... Almost immediately the car had lots of issues which they don't seem to be interested about it... Adding the comment that the warranty won't cover it as it is wear and tear... Everything in a car is wear and tear... I have reported this issue to trading standards and Warrington Council which they are issuing an enforcement notice to this company. Please do avoid if you can... I am returning my car to the finance company adding another £1500 to get rid of this piece of rubbish.

I too have now had to enforce court action to claim my money back. These need to be stopped.
Paid a £800.00 deposit on a van only to be told that "van" was not working. Shown another van and same again. Stephen was the man dealing with this and after finance arranged and I had to hire a car for 1 week, I cancelled as I could see I was been misled. Called offices and they don't know their managers surname, only Barry. I was told refund takes 3-10 days. Time is up. I have now instructed Debt Guard Solicitors to file for recovery. I urge any-one else in this position to do the same. I have had 6 successful claims/results using Debt Guard. These need to be stopped and join the dole queue. National news paper articles to follow after successful recovery naming and shaming National Car Credit.
