3 months down the line not settled my old finance was promised 2 years warranty on a car that has cost me over 2000 pound to sort all you get is lies when you ring up and verbal abuse. National Car Credit are a joke.

I purchased a BMW 320d estate for National Car Credit beautiful couldn't knock it. Over the years I've worked for dealerships (own business as a mechanic) and purchased cars from dealers and I've never found a good one in 14 years until visiting national excellent staff no pushy salesman put full m.o.t on the day a collection, been a mechanic I found a couple of minor issues with the car they sorted it straight away they said I could leave it with them and they would deliver car to me once repaired (70 miles away) Or if I was happy to carry out the minor repairs myself I could take the car and they would pay me labour for fixing my own car and supply the parts.within 2 days I had the parts and payment. And when I say minor faults they were to be honest I was just being picky anybody looking to purchase a car finance or cash this is the place would definitely recommend thanks to Dom salesman bent over backwards even after the sale 11/10 on every aspect of car sales thank you to national for supplying me with a beautiful car hassle and stress free its about time there was a dealership we're customer service is priority thanks again couldn't be any happier. As a previous customer I went to National Car Credit regarding a car on finance. I advised what type of car I wanted and they bought me the exact vehicle I wanted specially. From start to finish the customer service was excellent. The main person I dealt with was Dominic the finance manager, he was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to satisfy my needs in every way possible. Great service, great staff, great company!!! Contacting Dominic in the first place made ALL my dreams come true! Thank you again !!!!

Don't touch these people even if you are desperate. Awful rude and try to intimidate. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere

Very flexible with car and finance options. Even took the car back when my circumstances changed and got my deposit back.

Never buy from National Car Credit. I bought a vauxhall astra from them. When l bought the car from the dealer the advisor l spoke to (Sam) said the car was ready for collection. That week l had exams in Uni and l told them l will be coming the week after l had finished my exams since l was coming from Bradford. A week after on a Thursday l rang the office and asked if l needed any documents with me and they said no. On a Friday l rang them back just to let them know that l was coming Monday morning. I arrived at the garage around 9.30am and l was told that someone would be with me in a minute and another adviser came after 20 minutes of waiting (l was the only client at the dealer). When the advisor came to see me, he asked what l had come for and l informed him that l had come to collect the Vauxhall 2010 plate. He told me that the car was not ready and it would be ready by Wednesday. I asked why l was told that the car was ready for collection when it wasn't. I also checked on the Gov.uk website to see if the car had MOT and it didn't. The car had also been in an accident and l wasn't told when l bought the car. I went back in the office and l asked for my money back and he told me he could not give me money he could only do a cheque. I accepted the cheque and because of how frustrated l was l didn't even see that the cheque did not even have my name on it. I had also hired a struck driver all the way from Bradford (payed £80) and that money went down the drain and if you are a student you know how student or if you have been a student before you know how student budget is like. I had to write my name on the cheque and just hoped it didn't bounce back. When l tried to claim the money for the struck driver they said they do not cover travel costs even though it was their fault. I am looking into exposing this company. Watch this space.

My friend rang National Car Credit to ask about a car seen online and was told it is still available, then asked if a cash or finance buyer (not sure why that matters). Arrived at the garage less than 15 minutes later and the car was not there. When asked, they said it was sold but tried to sell another more expensive model and were pushy offering finance. I would not buy from these, so do not recommend!

Bought a insignia elite its been near faultless only issue i had was a boot release button had failed called the dealer they booked me in the next day and replaced it with a brand new part and fitted it for me free of charge! Great service i wish more car dealers where like these chaps.

We was looking for a family car as our other had broken down on the m62 they even came and picked my broken down vehicle up for free of charge plus still able to px with them.we drove away with half a tank of fuel no deposit to pay and payments was under to where i wanted to be sarah was fantastic even making our family a brew sam was a great informer too hat off to the company ;)

Applied online and was contacted within a couple of hours by really nice guy, Dominic and offered credit options. Was invited down to showroom and picked a good little runner from their stock. All the paperwork was sorted by them, had no hassles and car was dropped off to my home valeted and a full tank of petrol. Can't fault them at all.
