Good communication, Great service, Great car , Happy.

I have bought a car from National Car Credit in June, Vauxhall Astra. Everything perfect until this week when the service light came on and the radiator fan was kicking in when not supposed to. I took it to the garage that charged me for having it plugged in, but they still couldn't find the root cause. This bogus garage wanted more money but couldn't tell which part definitely needs replacing. I've got in touch with these guys and they said bring it down we will have it fixed in no time under this warranty that they do. I'm happy I did, it took them less than an hour and the car was sorted. Also didn't charge me a penny!

I got a car from these guys about 2 weeks ago, it was a preowned Range Rover Evoque. I was happy with the deal that we made r.e finance. Sam and Pete have both been great and very helpful, the sales guy (Dom) who found the Range Rover was nice too and sent me a wide choice of vehicles. I loved the car, however after a week the clutch went, these things happen and I know its not there fault. I called Pete straight away, he arranged for a garage to have a look that day, then arranged for it to be picked up and repaired. He also organised for me to have a BMW 3 Series to use until it was fixed. Pete has really gone the extra mile in helping me out! I was quite wary of companies before I found these guys, but would 100% reccomend them! My new car is back with me today, so all in all its taken 1-2 days to get a new clutch by a Specialist which I think is really good! Thanks again to the team!

Came down to the site today with no expections of a new car as I have awful credit. 2 hours later I've got a new car which I absolutely love. Such a fast turnaround. The gentleman I dealt with (sam) was very friendly and kept me updated with the application process. Overall I would recommend this company to anyone!! 10/10.

Rang up this garage about a car I was interested in. They confirmed it was still there and for sale. Turned up and lo and behold the one I enquired about has now sold, but they have a near identical one, but 2k more!! Horrible, disgusting yard and car I looked at was dirty and drink of smoke. Definitely one to avoid!!!

Bought an insignia from them and the engine seized . Straight away they put a new engine in they even put a new flywheel on. They give me a car to use and had mine back on the road in 3 days . The customer service was second to none . Nothing was a problem for them . Would highly recommend

They have a great customer service team, fast and efficient in replying and stand by there word in refunding money for warranted car parts very happy with the service would recommend financing or buying a car from here.

I bought a Audi from National car credit. Didn't think I'd be approved with car finance due to bad credit. Was shocked & very happy with the monthly payments also. I will be returning to these guys. Highly recommended. Amazing helpful staff.
