Bought a Peugeot 308 through car gurus from the company called Nawaie Motoring in Hayes. I bought it through finance. I looked over the car and there was a crack in the bumper, the salesman from the dealership said bring it back whenever and he will fix it along with doing the re spray and fixing the keys. Done all this and nothing was done. Called my finance as the car had a lot of problems, it was jerking around a lot, the injecter was gone and was leaking fuel, the drop link had gone and the garage said I was very lucky as this could have been a massive accident for me, so went from one garage to a Peugeot garage was told that the valve needed replacing and needs more attention to the engine and may need a new engine. Salesman got 14 days to come back with a decision and said he will fix it. He still has the car but don’t know what he’s fixed and been without my car for 2 months. Everyday since I bought the car I called and asked to speak to the salesman but of course he was always busy or not there. Kept getting told he will call back. As always again nothing new he didn’t bother. I now have a car that is pretty much undriveable and as it fell to the consumer rights act it’s his duty to take it to a Peugeot garage but of course he doesn’t do this he takes it to his dodgy mechanics. He has fobbed me off from day one and anyone who buys from this pathetic company who don’t derseve to have it think twice or you will have the same problems I am having. I’m not the first person to complain and probably won’t be the last. DONT TRUST THEM. Ameen was the guy that dealt with me and to be honest the whole team is pathetic. By the way all the stars are 0 not 1 ( I have to pick in order to put my review on).

I wanted to know if the vehicle came with two keys, its a reasonable request regarding a 1 owner vehicle, I asked if the car came with a full service history the time was 10.00am. I was told to phone back later in the afternoon as they would find out, i contacted them at 4.00pm thinking I gave them ample time to sort things out, how wrong was I!! I was told to contact the Suzuki main dealers to find out that information. Regarding keys they only had one, really with a one owner you would think that the vehicle would come with two, also it states that the vehicle would only be sold with a one months warranty according to trading standards all SECOND HAND VEHICLES SOLD BY CAR DEALERS SHOULD BE SOLD WITH A SIX MONTH WARRANTY AS STANDARD! My advice is stay well away from NAWAIE MOTORING LTD, I am lucky that I never entered into a purchase from this company, if the deal sounds to good to be true it probably is!

Upon investigating your vehicle enquiry internally, it has been confirmed that you did enquire about a Suzuki for the number of keys the vehicle has and it’s service history. Although the service history information was not ready at your point of contact a sales representative had made attempts to contact 2 vendors and 4 Suzuki main dealerships in an attempt to acquire service history information for you. Unfortunately, despite his efforts we could not obtain any information on the day. Also, the vehicle was advertised without any service history but we did try to satisfy your request on a very busy day. Furthermore, the Suzuki you enquired about is 9 years old with over 90k miles and it is NOT unlikely for a vehicle of such an age and usage to not have a spare key. The vehicle was not advertised as having a spare key. With reference to warranty, I believe you have misunderstood the requirements of warranty on SECOND HAND VEHICLES SOLD BY CAR DEALERS from a legal perspective. A dealer is not required by law to provide any form of warranty but they must abide to the clauses of the Consumer Rights Act in ensuring that consumer rights upon the sale of a used vehicle. You can verify this with the trading standards or citizens advice bureau. Taking the above into account, one must consider that a brand-new car would come with a higher level of guarantee in comparison to an older car. Therefore, the level of warranty can vary. We ensure that our customers statutory rights are not affected in conducting business and we provide a warranty package subject to the age and mileage of the vehicle. I hope my response to your review would enlighten you in the limitations a used car dealer may face in answering certain questions where the facts are absent and I wish you all the best in the search of your next vehicle. Nawaie Motoring sold me a car with a questionable mot. Clutch went in under a month along with top mounts so got them fixed garage called and said break pads are metal on metal and the disks are heavly corroded. The garage knew we had kids and still let us drive away in an unsafe car. Disks and pads were on previous mot but not on latest one witch was done 2 months prior to us buying the car. The garage said they have been like this for a long time. Asked for my money back for all the work ive had to have done and have been refused even though it was under warranty and happened in the first month of me owning the car. Im having to take them to court after an mot that is being done tomorrow. Dont use this company if you care about your safety and your family.

Straight forward service. Very happy with my purchase. I purchased a vehicle over the phone and without visiting their showroom. Although it was nerve-racking but my purchase was exactly what I was told. Ameen advised me about the condition of the vehicle precisely and also arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to my house over 100 miles. Really happy and would recommend Nawaie Motoring highly.

The 1* is meant to be a 0* for Nawaie Motoring Ltd. I bought a Vauxhall antara from them on the 22nd of July, 2017. they only gave me a 1 month warranty instead of a 3month warranty; they said the car was fully serviced even though on the service warranty book; it was serviced on the 29/11/16 by a Vauxhall authorised repairer.Took the car home and it started having problems. 1.) Few weeks later the car did not pass the mot test as the headlight and back light would not work. The mechanic said the fuse for the light were bad and had to be replaced. I paid to get it replaced so that it could pass mot. 2). 2 weeks later; the car would not start on a particular day, AA came and said the car need to be serviced as it has not be serviced otherwise they would have known that the Battery life is gone and need replacing of a brand new battery. I paid for a brand new battery to replace the old one which cost me a fortune from AA. 3.). A week after the car started making noises and the engine oil light symbol came on the dashboard. I took it to the mechanic again; they said the engine oil life is gone. It needs a complete new engine oil and oil filter. This time l phoned Nawaie, they were not willing to do this, the guy was very unhelpful said l have to take it to the mechanic and get it sorted out as they can't. I paid my mechanic to get the car replaced with a new engine oil and oil filter. 4). On the 17/10/17 the car speed power stopped; AA said l need to take it to the mechanic as the soot content is over 200%. 5). I phoned Nawaie and the guy (Mahmoud) refused bluntly saying it has just 1 month warranty and l have to sort it out. 6). My mechanic said it is wrong as according to the law l should be given a minimum of 3 months warranty. I went to the london trading standards as adviced. 7). The consumer advice office asked me to send an email to Nawaie quoting the "consumer right act 2015" and requesting that the jeep should be repaired. 8). After sending the email, Nawaie Ltd (mahmoud) agreed that l should bring the car as l explained how much l have spent within 4 months of purchasing the car. He said they will look at the issues and fix it. 9). Car arrived on the 18/10/17 nothing was done to it. Whenever l call, they say they will call back and it doesn't happen. 10). 19/10/17 After calling them severally they finally said their mechanic will check the car and get back to me. No one got back to me so l phoned again and the guy said well the soot problem is not a mechanical issue and l will have to pay for the cost of fixing it. At this point, l was fuming and explained the consumer right act to Mahmoud again. He said no they cannot pay for the repair and cannot service the car. I told him the car was not fully serviced even though they lied about it. The car was only serviced on the 29/11/16. Currently: 1. I have no car and cannot go to work since the 17/10/17. The car is still with them. 2. This company is not a member of adr (alternative dispute resolution). 3). I will have to escalate this now to the right services as l am no longer interested in that vehicle. 4). Once you buy a car from them, you get a 1month warranty and once the car leaves their premises; they do not want to have anything to do with you. Very unwilling to help. I will update you all as it progresses

Dear Bukola, We are sorry that you were not happy with the service you had received. Upon investigation, we found that the MOT failure was due to a bulb which can occur at any point. The vehicle was serviced by Nawaie Motoring London branch prior to your purchase and we have the receipts for the services performed. The Engine Management Light and shaking of the vehicle was due to the Diesel Particular Filter becoming blocked. This issue occurs when the vehicle is used for multiple short journeys which is not recommended for diesel engines and you had also confirmed that you used the vehicle for multiple short journeys for your work purposes and this would eventually be the cause of the issue. The fault was not present as at the point of sale and it occurred due to your driving requirements. Despite the issue being outside the warranty coverage, we as a dealer still rectified the fault and it is unfortunate that you had not updated your review to reflect the outcome, as per your promise. I am glad that the issue was resolved at the end.
