The service at Oakwood North East has been less than satisfactory. Faulty parts in the vehicle have cost me approx £1,500 to repair as the dealership have stated that the repair required was not covered in the warranty sold to me with the car. I have tried to get back in touch as I feel car was sold to me with the faulty part. I have not heard anything back from the dealership and it has been about 3 weeks. I will be returning to the dealership to offer them the opportunity to cover the cost of the repair and If they no not resolve the issue I will be taking further action. At this moment I am not happy with the dealership and would not recommend them.

I had read reviews regarding this dealerships some good some not so , but let me tell you Oakwood North East Ltd are spot on. Let me go a bit further after 3 months looking for that perfect motor for my wife I found it. I was very wary of lies etc from other establishments which were a complete waste of time and money. To cut a long story short Oakwood North East are in my opinion well above board and if your looking for a good motor you won't go wrong. For me it's a 350 mile round trip to the showroom, when it's time for my motor to go "I will be back" it's so hard to find a garage with honest guys with "good stock". Cheers again guys.
The car was late, I was put off twice and when I did finally collect the car, I had to take the car back to them to be sorted 3 times, in the end I resorted to taking it to another garage to repair as I had no faith in their garage/ technician. Also get everything he says in writing, I was not the only one to misconstrue what he did/didn't say. I would not use them again, or recommend anyone does.

Oakwood North East Limited or Oakwood Specialist Cars as they are also known, are a family run used car dealership based in Whitley Bay and selling to the wider Tyne and Wear area. Specialising in mainly 4x4, performance diesels and sports models, they have an extensive range of over 100 cars available for sale. As an RAC approved dealership all cars sold come with an RAC warranty and free membership. Part exchanges are welcome, they buy cars for cash and financing options are available if required. Oakwood North East Ltd are open 7 days a week for any customers wishing to visit. Alternative viewing times can be arranged by appointment.
