Very poor offer from Palmers Motor Company for my part exchange. Eventually negotiated a discount next day; paid £500 deposit; but told TWO HOURS later that they had forgotten to to tell me that they didn't do discounts and that car had already been sold to someone offering the asking price.

I have been to Palmers Motor Company several times over the years and I'm pleased to report that this time they were as helpful and friendly as ever. The handover of my new Peugeot was smooth and thorough. Emma was efficient and very capable in everything. I left very satisfied and delighted with my new car.

We purchased our new Alfa Romeo Stelvio Speciale having received excellent customer service from Jordan Cave at Palmers Hemel Hempstead. It has taken us two years of looking to find our perfect car and of all the many dealerships we visited we have not encountered a better salesman. He was not at all pushy, giving us space to make our own decision, whilst providing us with all the information and advice that we required. We have felt quite bullied at other dealerships, with salesmen almost trying to force us to buy their car, but Jordan was quite the opposite of this. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I can not recommend him too highly. His approach was a breath of fresh air in a very competitive industry. Thank you, Jordon - we might never have found our perfect car without you. 10 out of 10 for customer service.

Jordan Cave, super customer focussed service. Bought my Wrangler from Palmers Motor Company 2 months ago and like it so much that I ordered for my wife a Renegade. We live far in the North of Scotland but the help we had from Jordan made buying so far from home very easy. Would recommend the dealership to my friends family and any one else. Super service.
