Very poor offer from Palmers Motor Company for my part exchange. Eventually negotiated a discount next day; paid £500 deposit; but told TWO HOURS later that they had forgotten to to tell me that they didn't do discounts and that car had already been sold to someone offering the asking price.

This is the first time we had been to Palmers Motor Company and are very pleased to leave a review to say how helpful and knowledgeable their staff were, especially Gary Brown. We would definitely use Palmers again in the future
