Sold us a unsafe unroadworthy car in October. Engine management light came on just over a week after owning it, numerous other issues including drive system, suspension and more. Refused us a full refund when we asked 3 weeks after purchase. Parks had the car for 6 weeks out of the 3 months we owned it supposedly fixing the issues. A week after getting it back, the car cuts out while driving on the motorway, this happened 6 times in 2 days. Took car back to parks & said we had enough & want a refund or trade in for same as purchase price but they offered us £2500 less than we bought it even though we've only had it for 6 weeks in our possession. The words the staff member said was 'they were doing us a favor offering' us that. & made out to be liars as they can't see the fault when they plugged the car into diagnostic. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! There are plenty of other dealers out there . This dealership is unsafe!

I bought a used Dacia Duster, 5 years old, from Parks Dacia on Monday 22nd Jan... From the start of my visit, through to viewing and selecting my vehicle, the entire experience was an absolute pleasure. Ably guided and advised through the process by Park's Johnny Tsang, finding the vehicle that suited my needs, both practically and financially, was made simple, and as it was a brand I was unfamiliar with, Johnny helped us with the process with very high degrees of product knowledge, courtesy and professionalism. 10 days on, and having used the Duster daily in all driving scenarios (long distance on the motorway, city and suburban driving...), I can state confidently that the vehicle and it's performance, lived up to, if not exceeded, Park's and Johnny's assessment of it's suitability. All in all, my experience with Parks and Johnny has been flawless: an excellent vehicle with superb performance, a complete service history (it was actually serviced around 100 miles before my purchase...), at a very competitive price, and crucially, a very fair, if not generous, trade-in on my old vehicle. With all this in mind, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Parks, and particularly Johnny, to prospective car buyers, and their honesty and professionalism ensures that I'll return in the future...
