I've just bought a Vauxhall Zafira. There were a few things that i wanted done on the car (back windscreen wiper, sealtbelt case etc) Alex did all the issues with no quibble. He filled me with confidence after some of the rubbish i've looked at!! Really lovely car and as described. Would have no hesitation in recommending Pavilion Remarketing and Alex is great! Would definately use again with confidence! Thanks for a great car buying experience!

I needed to change my car and knew I wanted a reliable, economic small hatchback. First stop an online scan of Autotrader. I had toured local forcourts briefly but nothing jumped out. These people, distinctive name and all: Pavillion Remarketing did! They had a number of clean, attractive examples of popular and reliable models backed with service histories. A great car is what I came away with, but the experience was good too. Alex was a pleasure to deal with, reassuring in his knowledge and very courteous. He was keen that I got what was right for me. John was equally helpful on the 'phone. I hesitate to mention their pricing- it is very keen, explained to me as due to their not having a High Street presence anywhere to attract passing trade, therefore they can be very competitive and offer a decent warranty. I have waited a short while before writing this review, nothing has stopped me being as pleased with my car as when I collected it, as is my partner, which is a good thing!

I bought a Citroen C1 for the wife to run around in and can say the whole buying process was great, not a main dealer but more personal. The car was as advertised which is great as I travelled from the other side of London to go and look at it. Im very happy with the car as is the wife, so I would recommend using Pavilion to anyone.

Mr Wiltshire. Very kind of you to leave a nice review. We always describe our cars accurately in our adverts and photograph them from all possible angles. Customers can feel confident when they set off that the car advertised is the car they will see on arrival.
We arranged to view a cat with Alex and he stayed late into the evening out of hours as we were travelling from quite far. Immediately we were made to feel relaxed and unpressured even despite it being out of hours and Alex took the time to go through any questions and was really helpful. As for the car itself, it was a very reasonable price and with my father in law as a AA patrol man, he also felt that the car was well worth the money, was really clean and works perfectly and with a warranty included, it was the perfect choice. Lastly, the aftersales has been brilliant with Alex making us feel that nothing was too much trouble and we have also used him with another family vehicle. Really cannot recommend this company enough and will definitely be using in the future as well as recommending further

Avoid this car dealer at all costs, bought a car from them which I test drove and felt okay but had a pretty flat tyre which I had to pump up myself. Was told car had 8 months MOT and when I picked it up I tried to tax it and no MOT had run out a month before hand. I had to drive this car home and wait 2 days for him to come pick it up and MOT it. Was agreed John would buy a new glove box for car and fit which never has happened since start of August. Then he had the cheek to ring me up and complain about a car he gave me £300 for off the price saying it was completely shot which drove fine the whole time my partner used it in 3 months never complaining about what he said was wrong with it. Also the MOT we never received paperwork for which I have phoned for several times which he conveniently keeps forgetting about. I wonder if it would pass an MOT if it wasn't done by a "friendly" MOT centre. Bad service. Soon as Pavillion Remarketing have your money the game changes.

Hi Shaun. I am sorry that you were not happy with the service received. However, I feel that you’ve not delivered the facts accurately. To suggest you had to pump up your tyre isn’t accurate at all. However, yes indeed I did personally make a mistake on the MOT date as we carry many fiat Puntos in stock and I referred to the wrong documents at first glance. I did ask for you to leave the car with me to put a new MOT on and that I would deliver the car to your home as an apology for my mistake. However, it was at your insistence that you took the car that evening which I strongly recommended against. After all, who would take a car without an MOT?. You were quite unreasonable and insisted you take the car that day. Therefore I offered to collect the car the next day for an MOT and then return it which I actually think shows that we are prepared to go to any lengths to insure customer satisfaction. As for your part exchange car, I merely told you that I realise your urgency to conclude the deal was based on the fact your old car smokes heavily from cold and that id only been able to view it after a long drive from your home to my premises. Regarding your glove box handle and paperwork, we posted them together recorded delivery and they were not signed for and so returned to us. You are welcome to contact the team to arrange collection at your leisure. I am sad that you felt let down, however the fact there is no criticism of the great car you bought a superb price, all in all you’ve done well. Regards, John.
Purchased a mini cooper from pavilion remarketing and was very pleased with the service I received.The car was brilliant and the minor issue I had with the car they made sure it was resolved before they sold it to me.Very friendly and went the extra mile.Very happy with the car and would highly recommend buying from pavilion remarketing.Best dealership I went to no hard sale

Good car purchased at a fair price. No problems with the car and totally as described. Helpful staff who stayed open later than normal to accomodate a viewing.

Would defiantly recommend Pavillion Remarketing. Both men were very helpful throughout the process of purchasing my car especially when they found a minor error. They went out there way to put it right at their cost and wouldn't hand it over until it was perfect. Very grateful and happy with the customer service, I will defiantly advise car buyers to look into purchasing your car from here, you wont be disappointed.
