These guys are great! I would recommend pavilion re marketing to anyone. From the initial phone call of saying I was interested in the car, to collecting it with all the mod cons advertised I was really impressed with not only the car, but also the "above and beyond" approach to making sure I was happy with the purchase. The air con needed sorting when I test drove the car initially- pavilion remarketing not only got it sorted for me as part of the deal, they also looked after me when I'd had to travel quite far to get it sorted. I must admit I was apprehensive about travelling all the way from Hampton to Romford to look at the car- especially being a female on my own, but as soon as I got there I was made to feel welcome. The approach to this car deal was not pressured, and everything I requested was delivered without fuss or challenge. All staff at this company bent over backwards to make sure my 4 hour round trip journey was worth it. I'm really happy with my car, and I'd recommend this dealer to friends and family.

I am not happy with Pavillion Remarketing. I bought the car and had to buy new tyres and service because it was out of date and service book showed that. I was told the cambelt will be changed but after a month I still don't have a receipt for it so it's possibly wasnt done. After a day car was smoking and the air con clutch has to be changed so they paid me £55 for a part and I paid for labour, after that smoke I had to take the car for a check to Audi and pay for that and the offered me £100 for parts only if I cancel their warranty because the fixing the car cost them to much but I will have to add £150 to that fix from my own money. After I refused they said to bring the car to them to sort it out but I don't believe it will be done. The car cost me £800 after buy to make its safe and working order and the only thing they tried to offer was bring the car for a full refund and lose my credit card payment fee and time and money for travel. Now I have a car in not bad order but I had to spend money on it and still probably have to change cambelt because it probably wasn't done. The have they own mechanic which will sign anything for them. People don't buy anything from them if they will write a bulletin on response I have all my conversation with them to prove I am right.

This Gentleman contacted us a day after buying the car to complain he had picked up a puncture. Now I am sure anyone would agree that him picking up a puncture is not a reflection of our stock or the service we provide? I offered him to use our local guy for a discounted price but he refused and also said he wanted a matching pair and would use his friend. Cezary asked us for money towards tyres but we was not prepared to offer money for a puncture he picked up after buying the car from us. He was quite aggressive in his approach and seemed dissatisfied with the car. Therefore I offered him a full refund to return the car. This was a full refund with no penalties or fees, he was offered his money in full and to be frank, I wish he accepted that offer. I pointed out to him that the tyres on the car were the same tyres on the car when he test drove and inspected it before leaving his deposit. Therefore to complain about them a day after buying his car seemed peculiar to us. In rgards to the service being due, this is true and we offered to service his car before sale and that service was offered all included in the advertised price. However, Cezary explained his friend is a mechanic and he wanted this friend to perform the service on his car in return for a discount on the advertised price. To his request we discounted the price of the car by £150, this can be supported with a copy of his invoice and advertisement verified by the Autotrader. Concerning the Cambelt change and his unfair accusations regarding our integrity. This work was carried out by E.G Engineering and I provided unquestionable proof of this to the moderator of this review site. I did not provide an Invoice to Cezary for this as the fact I paid for the work to be carried out before the final sale makes the charge, and invoice my property to be used in my own tax return. Cezary was offered to see a copy of the parts order and also was offered to have the work documented in his service book. For him to say that E.G engineering would lie on my behalf when he has never had any contact with them is unfair and quite possibly a slanderous accusation to which I strongly feel has no substance or place on the forum. In regards to the air con clutch. cezary contacted us with this problem and we readily offered to have the issue investigated and repaired at his leisure. Cezary explained his friend, who is the afore mentioned mechanic, could do the job if we were to pay for the part which was £55. We paid the requested £55 and I feel this shows we were willing to deal with the problem and passed the money to the customer to minimise any inconvenience. We did this on his own diagnosis when many other traders would insist on inspecting the problem for themselves. Some time after, Cezary contacted us to say he had taken his car to the Audi main agent for a full inspection. He said that the inspection report suggested 2 issues. Firstly, he stated that they felt the egr valve was not working efficiently and a vague issue regarding the ARB link arm. Now although any issue is of a concern to us, please be aware this was a car that had done over 169,000 miles and so I feel that if this is all the main agent found it indicates what a good car it was. Also, a less than efficient egr valve is not something we were or realistically could have been aware of so his suggestion we did is poppycock. Cezary is a person with obvious mechanic knowledge and he inspected the car and paper work closely before the sale was agreed. There was no indication of any problem with this car otherwise we would have addressed it before advertising it. Cezary asked for another £100 so his friend could change the valve but at this point we began to feel Cezary was constantly contacting us with demands for money without allowing us to inspect his car. We were confident in the car being fit for purpose and on this occasion gave him 2 options. To accept a full and final settlement from that point, or to bring his car to E.G engineering to investigate and, if needed, carry out any repairs. cezary became extremely aggressive towards us in his mails and threatened us with amongst other things, damaging our reputation on the forum. He is full of contradiction and unfounded accusation, although he has stated here that his car is ok. The reported issues are actually an egr valve and an ARB Link arm which although genuine issues, do not indicate a bad car and remember its done over 169000 miles so the egr may well need changing. To recap , Cezary was always offered a full refund on more than one occasion, he was offered any mechanical problem to be addressed, he was paid money and he reports his car is actually not bad. He slanders a fully qualified and respected engineer in his suggestion that they would lie on our behalf. He slanders us in saying we would ask E.G engineering to make up a lie on our behalf. There is only accusation and innuendo without substance. We do always try to give good service to our customers, therefore I put my faith in the public to come to their own conclusion. Regards. John .

I wanted to get my son a car for his birthday, and you know how important your kids are to you, so I wanted to buy from a dealer with confidence so that I got him a really good, safe car. I was not let down by Pavillon, Alex was fantastic and even called to make sure my son was happy with the car. I took the car out for a test drive and there was a slight rattle in the engine and Alex got it sorted without question. They filled me with confidence that I was buying from a dealer that would not sell me a car that was no good and that would help out with any problems afterwards. I would highly recommend Pavillon remarketing to anyone who was looking for a trustworthy dealership who actually care about their customers and their reputation.

My experience with Alex and pavillion is completley positive. I bought the car in the first couple of days in April and although Alex stood firm on the price of the car I didn't mind paying the advertised price due to the benefits after the sale. I was given a brand new MOT and one years free warranty and the promise that should I have any problems whatsoever to call Alex immediately and he would get it sorted. The car runs fine and is so smooth and comfortable whilst travelling. Three weeks into having the car I had a problem with the water tank and radiator. I rang Alex and he asked me to take the car up to him the very same day. He then got his engineer to investigate. It turned out my car had been reversed into and had cracked the number plate and destroyed a clip or two between the radiator and water tank causing the problem. Now although this damage wasn't covered by the warranty Alex was more than happy to split the costs with me and got it all sorted within 24 hours. Since then the car has been spot on, feeling even better than it had in the first place as Alex got his team to flush and replace all the fluids in the car whilst fixing the radiator problem. I would recommend Alex and Pavillion to anyone looking for a second hand car as the benefits and peace of mind after the sale cannot be beaten. Thank you Alex!

I had a good experience at this dealership. I got a really nice deal on a Ford Focus. I don't know much about cars and was worried these gentlemen would take advantage but they took the time to explain and address issues I had with the car when I looked over it. The younger gentleman agreed to cleaning the car when I mentioned it was dusty and he threw in a really fragrance to give my car that new car smell we all love. With regard to the actual mechanics of the car, I've had it a month and its running fine. I'm not really a haggler but these guys were pretty accommodating when I mentioned a few minor things needed addressing that you expect when buying a 2nd hand car and promised to have them resolved by the time I came back. And they had. Its always a worry dealing with 2nd hand cars but I honestly felt Pavilion didn't take advantage. I would return and buy from this dealership again, thank you Pavillion Remarketing

This dealership is a joke, after buying a vehicle from them I found a very large fault. Got in contact with them straight away and was basically told that it was my fault the car had developed the problem and that I should stop driving it and pay hundreds of £s to take it to their auto shop they use in Hertford. As anyone who works all week this wasn't an option at first but found a way of getting it there and was told that the warranty was for parts only. So had to pay a lot of money to get the vehicle released. After all this faff the problem persisted after about 2 days, so basically it was a complete waste of time. Now the first chap I spoke to was fine before the sale and then abusive after I mentioned that the car wasn't fit for purpose and was going to talk to trading standards. The older bloke I spoke to on the phone was literally the stupidest man I have ever spoken to. The guy has the intelligence of a cucumber! Absolute moron!! Kept repeating himself because he had nothing to add to an adult conversation. Would avoid this "dealership" at all costs.

This gentleman negotiated a discount on his vehicle which still included a parts warranty. He was offered a parts and labour included in the advertised priced but negotiated a deal with a parts only cover. After two months of owning his car he called us to say that he had a problem with his gear box. He explained that he had driven the car for a month with a minor problem that had now become a major problem. I explained to him that he was supposed to mitigate his losses by addressing the problem when he first became aware of it and was wrong to have driven the car for a month knowing there was a problem. However, I did still honour my agreement of the parts warranty. I directed him to a very well respected engineer who reported the problem and clearly documented the charges breaking down the bill itemising both parts and labour. The cost of the parts was £435 plus VAT which I still paid regardless of the exacerbation of the problem. The customer was asked to pay £180 plus VAT for the labour charge which is exactly what was agreed and clearly written in the contract we both signed. He was always spoken to respectfully. He was given time to speak with the legal team of his insurers after which he paid and the matter was concluded. Unfortunately cars do go wrong, we provide a warranty included in our advertised price with no hidden extras or admin charges. This warranty can be upgraded to two years but we do not try to up sale, we just make information available.

After years of driving a company car I was unsure of what I could expect, both in the way of service and what I could get for my money. Alex was my point of contact and on arriving, the car was well prepared and as described. I was also introduced to John who seemed extremely knowledgeable on the car and was able to answer all questions. although the guys stuck to their price, they did provide me with a new MOT, 1 free service and a warranty. overall I was well catered for.

My Experience at pavilion remarketing is very positive. the car I purchased was a fair price and the aftersales was superb. My car developed a minor fault 1 month after purchase which was not covered by the warrant but the guys did the repair without charge. I was very impressed with the way they were careful to explain all aspects clearly. without any hidden facts. very pleased.
