I found both men at this place rude and patronising. Very polite before the sale, then the car had a series of faults, 1 being a very stiff gear box. When I raised my concerns, I was told that I was imagining it and that my driving was at fault and that I had mental issues. I also discovered the car had many indications of either being in a minor accident or had been driven by boy racers. The driver seat cable was tested ( preventing the seat being pulled forward) the glove compartment was out of line as was the steering wheel. The car also had a really loud queak on the steering rack. This was my 1st car and the dealer was aware of my inexperience. This is probably why I was spoken to in the way I was, also given the fact the I am a Women. Thankfully i managed to part exchange the car on with a much nicer dealer up the road. STEER CLEAR!
