My experience was just fine, I had to travel from Watford to get the vehicle. Pegasus Motors were pretty busy, but they were able to get me out of there in a timely manner, so I wouldn't have to be on the road so late! The salesmen were very polite and understanding of my needs and concerns. I will go to there again if I'm looking for another vehicle!

Sales manager rang me back went to see car, as described, bought the car, He Helped in taxing the car & changing of number plate ,not like when I’ve bought cars off other traders over the years as soon as they’ve got the money they don’t want to now you. Nice guy would buy from him again Thank You

We called about a car was told it was available. We arranged with them to travel from the south coast to enfield to see this car. They knew we was coming and what time. After our 2 hour drive and payment of the dartford tunnel, to get there. We arrived and was told they sold car an hour before we got there. No call or anything. We was very disappointed as had cash for car. To top this a family member a week later saw the car still advertised there, so enquired and was contacted by them to say it was available for sale!!!!! Would give 0 stars bit wont allow me,
We went to look after contacting the dealer. He was very polite and helpful. We test drove it that day and went back the next day with family, to check it over. We mentioned it had no wheel nut bolt, so he said he would get them taken off and replaced. Which he had done when we went back 48 hrs later to collect it. Also came with 6 month substantial warranty. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Nice garage, very nice owner, great car and very happy daughter.

The stuff at Pegasus handled my enguirey very well, kept me up to date my email and answered all my questions, big help as i lived 144 miles from the garage, I have now visited and bought the car, no hi pressure we were left to look over the car and test drive on our own,
