My husband & I visited this dealership yesterday potentially to collect an O7 plate S Type Jaguar which we had agreed a price on by phone the previous day after being assured the car was in stunning condition and as described on the autotrader advert.We travelled by train and tube to test drive/ inspect and collect the car and were met at the tube station by the salesman who drove us to the dealership in the car. My husband immediately noted that there was a possible wheel bearing and bush problem but on arrival at the dealership our other concerns were that the car was not in fact ' stunning ' but more than that was the misrepresentation because it was offered for sale & advertised as having done 89,000 when it had actually done 96,000 and moreover was advertised as having a ' new twelve month MOT ' but in fact the MOT was only until the beginning of February 2017. It was also advertised as having one previous owner when it had been registered to a garage for some months before being sold on so was in effect a two owner car. The salesman did offer to take the car round the corner to a garage to be MOT'd, but my husband, who has had many years experience of working at both Jaguar and BMW dealerships prior to his retirement , was of the opinion that it would not pass an MOT at first attempt without some work being done. Plus the fact that we were in North London, it was 4pm and we had a 140 mile journey ahead of us which ultimately we had to do by train at an extra unexpected cost of £80 + as we did not buy this car. Definitely would not recommend this dealership.

I had a very good experience with this dealership. I purchased a Renault from them in July and up to now I have only had a few small issues with the breaks and I have had to go back and forth a bit to get it sorted but since they fixed it, it's been running fine. I would definitely recommend this dealership. I am happy with the car and it's very good value for money.
