I visited Pegasus Motors for the first time yesterday to purchase a new car for myself. The service I received from the moment I arrived to when I drove my new car away was excellent. Tony, who sold me my new car, was knowledgable, helpful and incredibly accommodating. The customer service provided was excellent and my individual needs and wants were taken in to account and all options available were discussed thoroughly with me before I went ahead which made me feel very confident in my decision. Pegasus Motors made purchasing my new car really easy and an absolute pleasure. They had a great choice of cars and were able to find something perfect for me.

This dealership is fantastic. I purchased a lovely black Mersedes Benz 3 weeks ago at an amazing price, with a 3 month warranty, and the service whilst there, given by Max and his team, was above and beyond. I also did part x and they were extremely fair with me on that. Ladies I went to this garage on my own and purchased my lovely car on trust with these guys. Nothing was too much trouble and I know for a fact I can go back there any time for anything and that the after service will be there for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know. I will be taking my car back there for my regular service and MOT as they do an amazing deal for people that purchase from them. Pegasus Motors came to me with a high recommendation which has proven to be extremely accurate and valuable advice. You get the impression of a main dealer experience of without the excessive prices that normally accompany that encounter. The vehicle I purchased was an excellent example of its type whilst being very good value for money. The aftersales service is outstanding which in my experience, is often a huge disappointment in the used car market. I would certainly purchase from this used car dealer again.

I purchased a car from Pegasus Motors some two weeks ago, the advertisement said three months warranty , 12 months recovery services and HPI checked. Two weeks later after a call to the after sales number who promised to call me back and send details .. guess what I’m still waiting, happy enough to take money but not happy to deliver promises. I asked in detail about the warranty for three months and have had nothing . Dreadful service
