They let us take the car for a quick test drive, just up the road. We needed a car urgently after our previous one was scrapped. Unfortunately, it wasn’t valeted, although the service we received was good

Everything that I highlighted after purchasing the car, all issues were resolved as well as could be expected for a used vehicle. Everything was cleaned and buffed, so I would give it a 4* as a whole.

I have been to a lot of dealerships, and these guys were really good. I like how effortless it was and how transparent they were. On top of this, the car has been brilliant.

I purchased the car as a present for my wife, and she is really enjoying it. The service at Pellon Motor Group was very straightforward, they washed the car, answered any question I had and even helped me with the road tax.

The dealership was very easy to deal with and offered a good level of customer service. I have been enjoying driving the vehicle, a few issues that I am going to follow up with the dealership but other than that, all is good.

The BMW 1 Series I purchased has been good not had any issues with it, and the service was 10/10. I am going to go back to them and do a part exchange and get a new car, hopefully by the end of the year.

I had such an outstanding experience at Pellon Motor Group. The man who helped us was super helpful and very, very patient. I was there for over two hours, looking at all the different vehicle options and considering the pros and cons. He assisted me by explaining what I could get for different prices and which options would be most efficient for me. There was no pushiness; I could tell he was genuinely helping me. Even as it was getting late, he wasn't rushing me. It made the whole experience really nice and simple, dealing with such a great salesman. I would highly recommend Pellon, they are definitely a customer-first dealership. I couldn’t have asked for anything to be done better.
