Faultless customer service and super effifecent delivery. My Fiesta arrived much quicker than I expected and right to my door, it was the easiest purchase I've made! I felt a bit sorry for the lovely chap who delivered my car having to drive all the way back to the dealership in my old banger but it was very coinvent for me. I got a great deal on the part exchange, better than I expected and my new Fiesta has been spot on, very happy over-all.

I am here there and everywhere all over the country in my car due to my line of work so I needed to be sure I purchased a reliable car that I didn't mind putting the miles on, I didn't want something to fancy as I know the mileage will depreciate the value. I purchased a category Ford S-Max and it has been great, really spacious for throwing my work kit in the back. I did have one small issue with the coolant bottle but that was easily replaced once I pin pointed that as the problem, since then all has been good with the car. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the insurance really wasn't much difference than an non category car too so all round, a winner! The guys at the dealership are sound, genuine, honest lads, you get what it says on the tin.

I had a fantastic buying experience with Pellon. I made the journey down from Newcastle and it was well worth it. I took the Zafira I had my eye on out for a test drive and it was exactly what I needed. I already owned a Zafira but an older model so I was happy to discover that the size of this one would suit my elderly mother who needs assistance getting in and out of the car to her wheelchair. I dropped myself in at the deep end and drove it back home on my own - the breaks on my new car are very sharp (I discovered this soon after nearly putting myself through the windscreen woops!) and the hand break is in a slightly different place but I quickly adjusted. I had a very well rounded buying experience will Pellon, really really lovely people.

This is the first tine I've visited Pellon's dealership, but I'm sure it wont be the last, I went with my daughter to view a Fiesta she wanted. She really liked the car but we noticed just a few little bits we wanted changing, the garage were more than happy to do without question. We purchased the car on Wednesday and it was ready for us to collect on Friday. We collected it and it was was super clean, in lovely condition and the dealership had done everything they said they would!

I am thrilled with my new to me VW Golf. Its a top motor, you'd think it was brand new its immaculate. The service I received from Pellon was state of the art, really perfect. Nice, friendly guys. I highly recommend this place for your next car purchase.

My wife and I used Pellon Motor Group in the past for her car and had a great experience so I didn't hesitate to buy from them again when I saw they had a Ford Puma that I was interested in. I've bought cat d cars in the past and my Puma is a shining example of how good they can be. The customer service was top notch again and the chap who dropped my car of was pleasant to speak with. Another car caught my wife's eye while we were there so I think we'll soon be making a third purchase.

Good lads down at Pellon Motor group! After being left in a bad situation by another dealership I was really relieved to have found these honest and respectful guys. My Misses found the vehicle I wanted online, and then I gave the dealership a ring and explained my situation and they kindly held the van back for me until I could get there, despite other people being interested. There was a really quick turn around, I'd say I got there at 5pm and by 10 past I was driving off in my new Insignia. Wish every experience could be as easy as this, can't stress enough how good they are! Straight to the point, honest and nothing to hide. Even my dad said how great it was and he is now looking to buy a car with Pellon.

I will return to Pellon in the future without hesitation to buy another car. Buying my ford focus was a breeze it was so simple and easy! It's been handling great and is a nice drive. The staff are very helpful and take good care of you... 5 out 5 and highly recommend!
