I’d never bought a car without seeing it in person before—let alone a used one without a test drive—but that’s exactly what I did! Thankfully my first ‘distance buy’ was a great experience thanks to Pellon Motors in Halifax. The whole transaction was easy and the car was delivered to me a few days later. It arrived in the dark, so I was relieved to see the next morning that it was exactly as advertised. I even had an independent inspection done and they confirmed there were no issues at all which was reassuring. I never got the chance to thank the team properly, so I’d like to take this opportunity to show my appreciation. I’ll definitely be recommending them and believe they fully deserve the highest rating possible!

Really happy I chose to buy my Ford Puma from Pellon Motor Group. It's a lovely car and I'm enjoying it, Their service was good overall and they got everything sorted pretty quickly which was great.

I was interested in a Ford Ranger so started searching for one online. I came across an ad from Pellon Motors on Auto Trader, but I wasn’t familiar with them so decided to do some research. I checked out their reviews on a few different sites and they all seemed pretty positive, so I decided to make an enquiry. A young guy helped me on the day (I can’t remember his name), but he was really helpful. He set up a test drive and that’s what sealed the deal for me. Overall I’d say I’ve bought a solid car from a solid dealership and have no complaints whatsoever.

I've bought a couple of cars from these guys before and the customer service was just as great as I remembered. Big thanks to Zach for all his help as he was spot on. He's very helpful and always got back to me quickly, even after I'd already bought the car when I needed some paperwork. I can't fault him. I've not driven the car much yet as I slipped and cracked my ribs in the bad weather, but I finally sat in it yesterday and it started up perfectly first time, which surprised me as it'd been sat in the cold and covered in snow for weeks. So far so good. Thanks to Zach and the guys at Pellon Motor Group.

It's fair to say my car led me to this dealership! I spotted the BMW iX on Auto Trader, called to reserve it then visited Pellon Motors in person to finalise everything. I was satisfied with the level of customer service provided and although there were a few minor issues initially, we were able to resolve them on the day of collection.

Pellon Motor Group aren't exactly local but they had a Ranger in stock with all the bits of kit I wanted—heated seats and everything. The customer service was great...it was just unfortunate that a car had broken down in the valeting bay that day, but I got it washed on the way home. It’s a bit of a pain to park at times but it's a great car I'll hold on to for a good few years.

I've given four stars since everything's now fine with the Ford Ranger. We initially had an issue with the TPMS, but it’s been great since I got that resolved. We've purchased three cars from Pellon (Ford Focus, ST, and Ranger), so I guess they must be doing something right.
