The staff here are very approachable, who don't put any pressure on you to buy just any old car. I was allowed to take my time and have a wonder around the dealership to find the right car for me.

The car is spot on, so far to be honest with you. I use it for the daily back and forth and I've not had any issues with it. I was looking for an upgrade but didn't have a car in mind, so I just turned up to the dealership and had a look around. I came across the Ford Focus and asked for a test drive, the staff were happy for me to take it for a spin. After the test drive, I was happy to go ahead with it as it drove well, and it was a decent price. The only small issue I have, is that the car wasn't valeted when I picked it up which was a little disappointing.

I can't think of the fellas name who took care of the paper work and helped to answer my questions but non the less the team were amazing to deal with. They were very quick to offer me a test drive and this was really important to me as I had been to a few dealers, where I test drove the car and it just didn't feel right. I purchased the Ford Puma in the end as it was great value for money for the age and milage of the car. I am still waiting for my logbook, it has been over a month now but I'm sure the DVLA have a backlog.

My car has been perfect! (until this morning) The heaters didn't work this morning, but it was -4 and my car was frozen over so this could have had something to do with it as they are now in full working order. I saw the good reviews on this dealership and thought I would try my luck to see if there was a car I was interested in. The yard was a little bit messy when I arrived, but the cars were very well kept, I picked the Ford Fiesta in the end and I don't have any regrets, I would visit here again.

I'm in love with my Citroen C4, the team were so friendly when I went to view my car and they were more than helpful. It was my first time buying from here and I would return here as a customer again. I am waiting for a spare key and a few bits but I've been advised that they will keep in touch to keep me updated.

I've had the car for a couple of weeks now and the car runs great, I needed a bigger car due to having little ones and I can defiantly confirm that the kids now have a lot of room. There are a few imperfections on my ford that wasn't mentioned but it wouldn't stop me coming back to this dealer.

Where do I start with my experience at Pellon Motor Group. Honestly, this is the first time I have visited a small dealership as I have always got cars from main dealers but the service this team provides, they really make you feel like family!! I have to say that I did look elsewhere before I came across this dealership but all of the Ford's that I viewed were horrendous and I wouldn't have purchased them in a million years. As soon as I saw the Ford Ranger online it looked nothing short of spectacular! I had to go and view it, so I jumped in my car and went straight to the dealership. When I arrived, I was greeted by a lovely receptionist who got me a coffee while I made my way round to the Ford Ranger. Once I had a good look around the car the team asked if I wanted to take it out for a test drive, so I didn't even have to ask. I drove the car for 5 minuets and knew I had to have it and I wasn't going to let anyone take this car home other than me. We got back to the dealership, and we sat down to go through all paper work, where I was then offered another coffee! it's only the small things but they really make a big difference. The Ford has been amazing ever since and as soon as anyone compliment the car, I'm always quick to tell them where I purchased it from. I really can't think of any reason for someone not to shop here for a car and I can't find the right words to say to do this dealership and this team justice, if you can think of the top word for excellent and then think of the next one above that.

I've had some dodgy cars, from some dodgy dealerships in the past and this dealership really isn't one of them. I can't remember the salesman's name as I'm not the best at remembering names but he was very transparent about the car and wasn't shy to mention any imperfections on the car, like the wheel alignment was slightly out etc.. but this was all reflected in the price. It is a daily car and I'm still loving the drive.
