The car has been a dream to drive, and the service I received was fabulous from the salesman. I put a deposit down online on the Saturday, had a call and a FaceTime to get more information, and once I decided to go ahead, I had the car by Monday, meaning everything was sorted within 48 hours. I’m not local, so buying the car online felt like a bit of a gamble, but it definitely paid off as the car was great. I would buy from Pellon again.

My experience on the whole is a 5. Everything went well on the day of purchasing my Ford Fiesta. Other than having a few issues trying to figure out some of the car's features but I'm used to them now.

Pellom Motor Group has been the best car buying experience. I found the whole process to be really easy, straightforward, and stress free. After seeing a couple of cars online, I wasn't so keen on getting the Suzuki SX4 but with my husband liking the car, we headed down to take a look. Once we got there, the team was really helpful. They just passed me the keys and told me to take as long as I need, I took it on a good long drive. Great dealership.
