Do Not Buy any car from them, Buy your own risk from them Hey, I just wont to tell my story. I have been carz in dundee store, I had only an hour to go back to work, i was kind of hurry. they were kind of forced me to buy a car. my car was in other store, they asked me to go back after few days. when i have been there they already signed off everything and i found few problem and they said they are gonna fix they offered me any problem they will take care i paid extra £1062 so that they will take care of my car. after getting the card they give me appointment after 1 and half month. I left my car the didn't fix anything they just told they are not issue. they just give back the car, after that i had to left my car 6 times within 5 months. Every time i drop off my card they charge around £65 , one time they charged me £130 + £65 for two wheel nuts. Can you imagine because they don't cover by warranty. last time i dropped off because my car's radiator was leaking, They didn't look my card, Said This is normal. Last week my car is died. I have been there they said you can drop off but they don't know when they will see. I go to work everyday by my car. without my card i am kind of blind. I had to pay for recovery £60. I took my car to KIA garage, They find out Radiator leaking, Down suspension broken and CLUTCH pad broken, You guys tell me, What did i get from them, I paid around £9000 for the car, Now i have to pay another £2000 to fix. They are stupid and they are big liar. Their customer service is worsted in the uk, last things i took one of my uncle with me, they stared phoning him until he blocked their number.

Salesmen at Hillingdon Carz Superstore will promise you the word, similar to a timeshare rep in Tenerife. You will be sold a car with faults, you will be promised that faults will be fix. When you return to pick up car you will be met by Front of Store manager who will be aggressive, rude and have no customer service ability who will make out you are a liar and rile you up. If this stops one person from purchasing a car from these used car salesmen I have done my job.

This has gone on too long The vehicle i was originally interested in which was located at Dundee i put a deposit online at 3/7/22, next day i get a phone call to say it was already reserved and there was a system error with the website that it let me reserve it when it was already reserved. I looked on the website to see if there was anything i liked but couldnt find anything so asked for my deposit to be refunded. I was told it may take 5 days to arrive in my account i waited over 2 weeks and got back in contact on the 19th. I was told it wasnt released and supposedly the man refunded it as we spoke on the 19th I phoned again 3 times this week and whoever dealt with me was fairly new and was going to discuss with her colleague and call me back I havent heard back since I have contacted the branch various times now regarding my deposit. Looks like as soon as they have ur money u wont see it again. I am glad i bought my vehicle off evans halshaw and not these scam artists!

INCONSISTENT AND ECONOMICAL WITH THE TRUTH AND COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE. STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST BUYING HERE. First thing you need to know as I only discovered recently after the deal went from bad to worse, I was advised by The Motor Ombudsman that THIS STORE IS NOT REGISTERED WITH the TMO. Had I known that in the first place I would have looked elsewhere. My experience with this company has been nothing short of dreadful. I bought a car on line and drove up to collect it, three or so miles out of the showroom it broke down. Granted they came out as soon as they could to the roadside on the M90 and gave me a courtesy car, which I drove for the next two weeks, I was offered 'compensation' of a years free warranty and a service plan and told they would see what else they could do. A day or so passed and I didn't hear anything from them so I started emailing and phoning, and so began a pattern of communication that has gone on for the whole of June 2022 where I have done all the running and they have done none, they do have a lot of meetings as I'm sure you'll find out if you're daft enough to go for a deal with them, because everytime you call the person you will want to speak to, is very likely in a meeting. Eventually I was given a gruff ultimatum by one member of staff on the phone to 'take it or leave it', with the warranty deal, as I was told in a way that sounded like they thought they were doing me a favour they were fixing the car. Initially for the following Friday. Still no phone calls from them, I phoned and finally was told parts were getting replaced but not ready for that Friday. I phoned the following Monday, parts replaced car not starting. No calls or correspondence, I then phoned on Thursday to be told car was working. The car would then be delivered on Friday to my work. It arrived and I drove it home after filling it up. The next day I put my two year old daughter in the back and drove about 100 yards and the car failed, reaking down on a blind junction effectively the same issue as before massive gear failure. I called the branch for help, they were useless. I then managed to get the number for the warranty company to have the vehicle recovered from the roadside to my carpark. The supposed warranty had not been registered, so I had to pay for the car to get toed to safety. The company were closed that evening and they don't open on a Sunday. No courtesy car this time. The following week was a nightmare, it started off on Monday with promises they would help me out with a better deal after all of this and sort things out for me. Over the course of the day the deals got thinner and the story became more inconsistent as to what the branch manager would offer. That's whenever I got a chance to speak to him between his many meetings. The deal they ended up offering ended up worse off than the original deal, they attempted to redistribute my money in a way that was bordering on insulting. I decided it was best to call the whole thing off and get my money back. I asked them to recover the vehicle, they agreed, but within hours I got a call asking if I could arrange it instead as they were struggling to get a driver. I then arranged with the AA to have the car picked up on the Wednesday, they were late and I then phoned the branch to ask if there was a place the car could be left and the keys deposited, or if someone could stay late. On this conversation I was treated with aggression and poor manners from the member of staff I spoke to. I then spoke to another member of staff who was initially quite rude, but then seemed to realise I was not trying to inconvenience him. I rearranged the collection for the following day. And the car was dropped off on the managers day off. So no return of funds Again as always I continued with my phone calls and emails. I would get my money back but was told again that they wouldn't provide any compensation for the inconvenience caused. After a further debacle due to a delayed V5 I got my my money back in dribs and drabs. But only as I have phoned and emailed consistently in order to make things happen. I also today, finally got the money back for the car tow and the full tank of petrol. However the company refuse to give or recognise the value in offering some form of compensation for the danger they placed my two year old child in, and also my own safety, by selling me a car unfit for purpose, that broke down not once but twice. I was without a car for a week and my commute without it was complicated and prevented me from dropping my daughter at nursery, a task I do regularly as my wife is disabled and it is more difficult for her to do so. The whole experience was extremely stressful, at times I felt I was treated with contempt for seeking out support and reassurance. There were so many empty promises and unreturned calls and messages. The company rebrand has been undermined massively still in darkages
