I felt very well looked after at Phantom Motor Company, Chris went above and beyond to accommodate. He was helpful and friendly, the Golf I bought is perfect. They have replaced a tyre recently for me on it, I expected this to come at a cost, but I didn't have to pay a penny. Really impressed with the service provided. I will be using Phantom again.

The service was spot on, the sales staff were brilliant. They are the best company I've dealt with in a very long time. I went to a main dealership first to buy an Audi A4, the service was awful, so it was refreshing seeing the guys at Phantom do what they could to help me as a customer and provide high levels of customer service. The service was very professional and the staff are helpful. The car needed new brake pads, due to the distance between myself and Phantom Motor Company, I didn't want to travel down for them to do the work, instead they have arranged for the brake pads to be delivered to me so they can be fitted at a garage local to me. This is really good customer service and accommodating my needs as a customer.

I love the car, I really do. I did have to have the disc pads done not long after purchasing (hence the reason for my lower score), however Martin at Phantom was really good. He was helpful, friendly and quick. Now the pads have been done the car is running perfectly, I really am happy with it. We picked the car up from the showroom, and I can honestly say they had put all the correct measures in place to ensure it was safe for customers to visit. I would still use them again and recommend to other people.

Jamie at the dealership was fantastic! Phantom Motor Company went the extra mile for me to get the car prepared and delivered to me so quickly. My car was delivered on my drive at the agreed time and day. I am absolutely loving the car, its amazing.
