I purchased the Audi and its absolutely fantastic! Can not fault the car or the service. Enquired about it on the Sunday and picked it up on the Wednesday which was amazing as I live quite the way away. I got there did the quick transaction and that was that. The car was mine! The customer service was top of the game, I absolutely recommend.

Well let me tell you... I love every minute of driving my new BMW. What I like about it is.. just about everything.. Its plain, its simple to drive, its easy to use, easy to get in and out of, its easy on the eye.. the interior is very nice - black and pearl which is exactly what I was looking for. Only thing is BMWs are an expensive car... their rip off's actually but doesn't mean I will ever stop buying them haha. Everyone at Phantom Motor Company was very good. A special shout of to the delivery guy he was well and truly amazing, they brought it up on the trailer too which saved on additional miles, and the car was immaculate on arrival.

All is okay with my Audi, I've not been out in it as much as I'd like, so I don't really have loads to say, apart from its a boss car and I do enjoying driving it. I received good customer service through-out and have no reason to not recommend or use again myself.

The whole experience I had at Phantom was so straightforward, I honestly can't complain! The car was ready and waiting for me when I came to view it and purchasing it was easy! The lady I dealt with was a great sales agent, she really helped me throughout. Since the purchase a few months ago I have found no problems with my X5!
