A very friendly atmosphere where everyone is happy to help with anything, you could ask them to bend over backwards for you and they would. An all-round brilliant experience at Phantom when buying my Mercedes. 10/10 service, 10/10 dealership and a 10/10 car.

I am most pleased with how my experience went at Phantom, I had the best salesman I've ever seen dealing with me, his way of working was out of this world. He was so calm and collected throughout, even when I thought it would get stressful, it didn't. The salesman had it all under control. I have used Phantom many of times before and hand on my heart they have always been the best place I have purchased a car from, if I could give 1000/10 stars then I genuinely would not hesitate. I could sing Phantom Motor Company's praises all day. Thank you Phantom your literally the best.

I would just like to say thank you for everything, and making my process as easy as it was. It was the salesman that sold the business and the car sold itself (Alfa Romeo). Phantom Motor Company have absolutely out done there selves. Firstly.. I know my car is pretty but how did you make it look that gorgeous for when I arrived?! I was blown away with how immaculate my Audi was. This experience was everything I could of asked for. I was that happy with the way things were handled I got the 3 year warranty and servicing package with the car. An all round fantastic experience.

I had the most straight forward experience of my life down at Phantom! I treated myself to a Land Rover and let me tell you I have not looked back once since the deal was done. The staff around the dealership were nice enough, and easy to chat to. I would recommend this dealership for always putting their customers at the heart of what they do.

I recently purchased a lovely VW from Phantom Motor Company and my experience just could not of gotten better, the kindness of the chaps around the dealership is what made my experience so nice. I will absolutely be coming back as and when I need an upgrade. It may however be a while as I love my car so much!

The Audi is a lovely car to drive, I am very grateful for it, I am also very grateful for the amazing customer service I received during the short time I spent down at the dealership.
