I couldn't believe how good the car looked when I went to get it, it was spotless, highly detailed and finished to the standard of a brand new car, it looked lovely. I dealt with Ben mainly and he was amazing, I highly recommend asking for him, a really great salesman, with great knowledge and no pushy selling tactics! I will be sure to return when the time comes round for swapping!

My vehicle was actually delivered to me as I'm not local to Phantom, so pretty much bought it blind! To say I am impressed would be an understatement. It arrived in the exact condition I was expecting it to be, it had such a nice valet done. The guy who delivered it was really friendly and walked around the car with me ensuring I was happy. I nearly feel over when I saw there was over half a tank of petrol - that's a first! The whole process was so easy and very painless. I would have no issues recommending Phantom to anyone, they have been brilliant.

My Jaguar from Phantom has been brilliant, I've used the car as a day to day car since taking it away and have loved every minute, its a pleasure to drive. I arrived on site to collect the vehicle and I must say the detailed valet was outstanding, it left the car gleaming, I've vowed to keep the car spotlessly clean. The transaction was simple and very quick. Overall I am pleased with the service and would happily recommend to others in the market.

Buying blind is not the most ideal situation to be in, as you don't know what is going to turn up on your door step, I've heard some horror stories! So, naturally I was a bit nervous, however, Phantom have blown it out of the park! They were so helpful, sending me live videos of the car and showed me around it via WhatsApp in great depth. They also delivered the Juke exactly on time and it turned up in immaculate condition with petrol too! The vehicles condition was how it was described (if not better) and I've had no problems what so ever.

I am highly impressed by the customer service provided by Phantom, the whole process was painless and they were so friendly. Although professional I did have a good laugh with them which made the experience more enjoyable.

Chris was absolutely amazing during the purchase of mine and my husbands new cars. I was buying my Range Rover as I was due an upgrade and my husbands is a surprise for valentines day! I can't put into words how chuffed I am with my new Jaguar XE. The chaps at the dealership have been absolutely fantastic, they were so helpful and made it an easy transaction.
