Phantom tick every box when it comes to an ideal dealership. They're very welcoming and value every customer that walks through their doors. They take good care of you from start to finish and are even there for you after the transaction. For example, I received a courtesy call off of them which I thought was very thoughtful and courteous, and they are also spot on when it comes to their aftersales. I had an issue with my brakes once I had purchased the car, and they were more than happy to sort this for me, and it was free of charge as well which relieved me of a lot of stress. I would be more than happy to return again, and will definitely share my experience with others.

Chelsea was fantastic to deal with during the purchase of my Range Rover, she was spot on with everything she did. She made the transaction so simple and ensured everything was on time on the day of collection. She was such a lovely young girl and I would be more than happy to purchase from them again, they are all a credit to themselves.

My Ghibli is absolutely perfect, it drives like a dream and is such a stunning car. All of the staff at the garage were more than helpful and really tailored the experience to suit me best, I couldn't be happier with my car and the service, I would definitely recommend them to others.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Phantom. They were outstanding during the purchase of my 535D and made the transaction very simple. Their aftersales were great, I did have a small issue but they got the car straight back in the garage and it was sorted within a matter of days. Overall, I thought it was a very pleasant experience and would have no obligation to return here again for my next purchase.
