I visited this dealership years and years ago, and I must say my purchase this time round is 1000 times better. My Evoque was ready waiting for me upon arrival, and it was immaculate, the body work couldn't been any shinier and the inside of the car was in pristine condition and it felt so luxurious. All of the staff were so welcoming and friendly, it was great to see such an impressive turn around of the dealership. I'm glad I found my dream car here and took the plunge to buy from them again, they are everything I have been searching for in a dealership!

Dominic the salesman was absolutely brilliant, he moved quickly on the deal and did everything I asked, and more! He made the transaction so smooth and stress free, and that's exactly how I like it, in and out. He got me a great deal for the Discovery and made sure it was presently superbly for me. Not a single problem has arose with my new BMW 3 Series, it is a stunning car and makes me feel proud to be the owner of it. I've recommended Phantom Motor Company in Wigan to lots of friends. I get some nice comments on the car and my mates were amazed by how clean it is for a second hand car. Without a doubt I would definitely return again for another purchase, they were fantastic from the get-go.

So so pleased with the C-Class, it is a mint car and has been so reliable so far. It is a gorgeous motor and drives so effortlessly. I am really enjoying the journeys I take, and make any excuse to get it out on the roads. The service was impeccable as well, they were so accommodating and made sure everything was ready on my arrival, they even provided me with drinks upon arrival which was a nice touch. I would definitely return again!

The delivery of my Jag was absolutely spot on, it was bang on time and had a very good amount of fuel in, (which is rare). When it arrived it was gleaming clean and was pristine inside and out. Adam is an absolute credit to Phantom, he was one of the friendliest and helpful salesman I have ever met. He looked after me so well, and made the transaction as seamless as possible. He made spending a large amount of money, very enjoyable! I did have a slight issue, but he got it sorted for me straight away and even knocked off a few pennies for the inconvenience. I must start out by saying that Chelsea was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she was helpful and went above expectations. She made sure my A3 was spick and span before I came to collect it, everything was streamline, quick and headache free! I couldn't be happier really. I've had no issues whatsoever and it is now 2 months down the line, so - so far so good! Without hesitation I would definitely return, they are a fantastic dealership.

I purchased a Mercedes C Class from Chelsea at Phantom Motor Company in December and its been going really well since. I've figured everything out and really got used to the car now and its perfect for me! Chelsea was perfect, she was really nice, and very responsive.
