My car was delivered in great condition, it was clean inside and the body work was gleaming. It was delivered with over half a tank of fuel and was bang on time. Great service provided by Phantom, I can't fault them one bit.

Dominic did a fantastic job, he got me a really good deal and sorted me a belter of a car. It looked basically brand new and drives so well. I am really impressed with Phantom and have already recommended to friends.

Over the moon with my new car from phantom motors I found it online and booked an appointment to test drive, it was just what I wanted and so fresh and clean. I was able to take the car away the same day with a quick a fuss free transaction. Happily recommend phantom motors to anybody!!

My Merc arrived with plenty of fuel in the tank and was nice and tidy upon arrival. The delivery was stress free and was perfectly on time. It is a very nice vehicle and I would happily purchase from there again.

I usually hate buying a car... the dealership atmosphere, the breathing down your neck, pressure, stress, hassle. I was apprehensive visiting Phantom as I'd never purchased here before and this was a long awaited purchase... a Ford Mustang, I wanted everything to be 100%. A true breath of fresh air dealing with Phantom Motor Company, my experience was utterly fantastic and I think that's down to the amazing Chelsea. Chelsea was great, not at all pushy, relaxed but professional and she allowed me all the time I wanted to look over the car. Her knowledge shone through and there wasn't a single query unanswered. The whole experience from start to finish was great, and the car is amazing. I love everything about it, and its certainly living up to the expectations I had, if not exceeded. Alan was absolutely brilliant, the way he handles issues and his customer service is just fantastic. I did have a small issue with my car, so I rang Alan, who was more than happy to help and welcomed me back to the garage to get it sorted straight away, however, I live over an hour away so I was able to take the car to my local garage which was smashing. I couldn't believe how good the car looked when I went to get it, it was spotless, highly detailed and finished to the standard of a brand new car, it looked lovely. I dealt with Ben mainly and he was amazing, I highly recommend asking for him, a really great salesman, with great knowledge and no pushy selling tactics! I will be sure to return when the time comes round for swapping!

My vehicle was actually delivered to me as I'm not local to Phantom, so pretty much bought it blind! To say I am impressed would be an understatement. It arrived in the exact condition I was expecting it to be, it had such a nice valet done. The guy who delivered it was really friendly and walked around the car with me ensuring I was happy. I nearly feel over when I saw there was over half a tank of petrol - that's a first! The whole process was so easy and very painless.
