Just bought a Porsche from Phantom and whole process was very easy. I dealt with Chelsea who was very good and answered any questions I had. As part of the deal I part exchanged a Touareg, with the current covid situation everything was by phone or online. When it came to the handover and collection of the trade in the process was harder for both parties as I'm in Scotland, meaning travel was out of the question. So delivery and trade in was done at home which was fine and when car arrived was as described, I was very pleased with it, I am more than happy with the purchase. I would be happy to deal with them again and no hesitation to recommend to others.

Thanks to both Chris and Luke at Phantom motor company they really looked after me, was on hand to help and got things sorted really quickly. I bought a Range Rover Sport SVR, and the car itself is absolutely spot on, I'm super happy with it.

Really happy with my new Range Rover, its a cracking motor, in very good condition too. The price was reflective to it's condition, mileage, spec etc, so very pleased with that. When the car arrived, it was immaculate, and also came with a cheeky bottle of wine too! Little added extra's that just makes the experience. I would happily buy from Phantom again in the future, they did exactly what they said they would and everything was on time and as planned.

I was very nervous about buying a car without seeing it or test driving it but I shouldn't have worried, the whole thing went smoothly and 10x better than I expected. I bought a new E Golf, it's the first electric car I've owned so I'm still getting used to it, but I really am totally in love with it, its absolutely wonderful. I did mainly all communication via email, and the dealer was always very responsive and helpful. The car was delivered to me, exactly at the time agreed, it car was immaculate inside and outside, it looked perfect. I am soooo happy with my Golf and Phantom Motor company in general - a really helpful, kind and responsive dealership, I will recommend to others and I'd be happy to buy from here again.

I purchased a Mercedes GLC recently, and I'm made up with it - its such a nice car and very nice to drive. All the techy upgrades in this model are amazing, really impressed with it. It was spotless when it arrived, looks 10x better than I even thought it could look. The dealer was really good, they gave fast responses when I contacted, kept me updated with the progress and the delivery was bang on time, and the driver was a really nice chap too. I will 100% buy from Phantom Motor Company again in the future!

Just bought a Mercedes GLE Coupe from Phantom. I was unsure about making such a high value item purchase by 'click and collect' but felt reassured by how I was dealt with by Allen and Luke. A personalised video was recorded and texted to me which was great. Tom delivered the car today. He was very courteous and kept me informed of arrival time so I could organise my day. He explained the registration process to me in a clear manner. Excellent experience all round and would recommend Phantom to anyone looking for a car.

From the first telephone conversation to driving away our beautiful AMG line C Class Mercedes coupe from Phantom was outstanding. We had been looking for a Mercedes car and one of my work colleagues recommended their website, we were blown away with the vast choice of high end vehicles. We found 2 cars we really liked so made a telephone call to Phantom to find out the procedure for viewing the cars as we were unsure because of Covid 19 restrictions. The salesperson was called Simon explained it all to us so we made an appointment to view the car the next day. All I can say is what awesome, professional, knowledgeable service we received. The car was ready and waiting for us to view and from the moment we saw it we knew it was the one for us. Simon was so friendly and helpful no pushy salespeople at Phantom. They just make it a stress free customer journey all done within the Covid 19 guidelines. We bought our car the same day by bank transfer at 4pm the same day Simon was waving us off in our gorgeous car. My wife and I couldn't recommend this company enough well done to all the team and in particular Simon we will certainly be back for our next purchase.
