Please be warned if looking to buy a car off these guys!
I came across them on the Web and saw a car I was interested in.
I called and spoke to there sales rep and asked for a finance quote.
I was contacted the next day by the sales rep who asked if I had received the quote, I explained to him I was struggling to get over to view due to the weather, he stated not to worry he could hold it for me if I signed the agreement and I would be under no obligation if I changed my mind at any time.
Stupidly on this I signed the agreement, over then weekend I changed my mind and decided not to go and view the car I contacted the finance company and Pantom and was told I can’t cancel! It’s now in the hands of my solicitor and the financial Omnbudsman. As they will not respond to my emails.
Currently I’m stuck with a finance agreement for a car I don’t have or have even seen!
Please please be warned!!!!!

I brought a Range Rover Vogue 2011 paid out rite for this car after a week of having it there were problems and the staff took week to try TRY and fix it they didn’t 3months down the line the cars been of the road more than on it finally they found a garage closer to me than they were and they found the issues fixed them and then wouldn’t pay to fix them
No I’ve had to pay out again as it my only means of transport WOULD NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

I emailed and booked a test drive on an a7, Gary the person I dealt with was very laid back and easy going and didn't pressure me into anything. he left me to test drive the car on my own and upon coming back left me to look around the car and didn't try and make me buy the car which most places usually do. such a stress free, relaxed and joyful experience. I now have a deposit on the car and awaiting mine to sell
