I’d say the positive side of my experience with Phantom was that dealing with Chelsea was great. She made the whole process smooth from start to finish. The car came with a 12-month MOT and a full set of new tyres. The downside I experienced was that the battery went flat, and I had to get it replaced. I tried calling the number advertised for Phantom about 10 to 15 times, but no one answered. If it hadn’t been for Chelsea giving me her WhatsApp contact, I probably wouldn’t have been able to get the issue resolved. It wouldn’t stop me from using them again, but as an area for improvement, the phones should be answered and responded to more quickly to create a better experience for customers. That said, Chelsea was excellent, so a massive thank you to her. Since the new battery was fitted, the car has had no other problems.

I got the car delivered to me, it came when expected without any problems. It was also cleaned for when it arrived. Since having it I haven't had any issues. Matt was easy to deal with he kept good communication throughout. 4/5 stars.

Everything has been amazing with the car apart from one minor thing, I believe the tyres do have a slow puncture, it isn't a priority to get sorted it is just a little annoying but apart from that everything else is grand. The customer service from chelsea was bang on, she was exactly what me and my wife needed. She mentioned extra add ons we could add to the purchase, but when we declined them she didn't try to push this which was appreciated. She made it a straightforward process for us both, everything was done efficiently, we could definitely tell they were organised and confident in what they were doing, so can't fault.

Everything went brilliantly at Phantom. We really appreciated all that Gary did for us, he was really helpful throughout the whole process and made sure we were looked after. The car we got is great had no issues with it. Top marks from us!

It was my first time using Phantom, I came across them while browsing online. I’m really pleased with my decision to purchase from them and would highly recommend! I never give full marks so going with a 4.5/5.

Chelsea was helpful and professional, got no complaints regarding the service at phantom it was spot on. I purchased a Porsche Macan, I am going to get it looked at just as there is a dodgy socket in the back, but apart from that I am really pleased, it drives great and had no other issues.

Really nice people to deal with. I spoke to Amir on the phone initially and he was great at communicating and answering any questions I had. When I arrived at the dealership, I did have to wait a little while as the car was at the other end of the site having some finishing touches done. Once I got it, they carried out a thorough handover and showed me how to use all the tech in the car, which took a bit of getting used to. They even went and filled the car with fuel for me before I left, which I really appreciated. A great team and a great dealership. I’m very happy with my new car and the overall service.

I am really impressed with the customer service I received at Phantom, the whole process was made really easy, I felt comfortable throughout, the staff were all lovely and looked after me. I even got a gift of prosecco and an umbrella at the end of my purchase which was a really nice touch and made me feel appreciated as a customer, I would highly recommend and definitely consider using them again in the future.

Car is absolutely perfect, could not be happier with it! My husband mainly dealt with the staff at Phantom but he said they were wonderful to deal with, Gary was helpful and the whole process was made super easy and stress free. A massive thank you to the whole team at Phantom!

Brilliant vehicle, it is my first full electric, definitely took some getting used to at first but I am pleased with it. Gary who assisted with the sale was brilliant, really helpful. I would recommend and use this dealership again in the future based off of the experience I had, a happy customer!
