Not long ago I bought my new Ranger from the team at Phantom, and they were brilliant throughout the entire sale. My car is doing fantastic, and I’m very happy with how everything went with the dealer.

As far as customer service was concerned at Phantom Motor Co, I've got no complaints and everything was all good. The Audi A3 I bought is also great so I've got no reason not to award five stars.

Although the customer service was a little slow when I went in to buy the car, I do understand they were very busy when I visited. Taking that into consideration, the overall customer service wasn't bad at all and my new BMW is lovely.

I’d definitely recommend Longin and the team at Phantom Motor Co. They were brilliant! Helpful but never pushy, which was a refreshing change and not what you usually expect from dealerships these days. I haven’t used the car much since buying it as I’ve been in and out of the country, but I honestly can’t fault either the car or the service I received.

Buying from Phantom Motor Company was quite a lovely experience. Personally I've always disliked buying cars, but their approach was refreshing and impressive. The appointment only setup works well as you don't feel harassed or pressured as you often to at typical dealerships. Phantom's whole operation is pretty slick and from a customers point of view, I think it works brilliantly.
