The car is absolutely spot on, it has met my expectations without a doubt! I am really loving it up to now! As for the customer service, I give Chelsea a 5 star rating, she was spot on. I wanted to pick up the car a bit earlier than the time given, so she got everything in order and managed to squeeze me in. She couldn't have done better for me, the car is absolutely mint and the service was second to none!

Bernard were absolutely lovely, he was such a nice gentlemen and made everything really easy and simple. I have had absolutely zero issues with the car since driving it away, it is a really nice car. I would definitely go back to Phantom again, I thought they were all fantastic!

Matt was absolutely fantastic when I was buying my M135I, he got everything in place and organised. I put the car through a little service/import check and it passed with flying colours, so I am very happy! I have been meaning to leave a review for a while, but just haven't had the chance, so here it is, the 5 star review which Matt really deserved!

It was my first purchase from Phantom Motor Company and it was by far the best consumer experience I have had in a while. I dealt with Kay whose professionalism and communication was first class. Kay instilled me with the confidence one needs when making a long distance purchase. I cannot recommend this company enough. The Discovery was nice and tidy on the day of the handover and has been driving a dream since. It was my first time using Phantom and I think I would use them again, Bernard was helpful enough and got the sale underway, so I am happy overall.

Matt was an absolute star when I was buying my BMW, he made it so easy to go through with the sale, and really took care of me. He couldn't do enough for me when I was at the dealership, he got everything in order, and by the time the car was ready for collection, it was immaculate! I cannot praise Matt enough, he was fantastic to buy from!
