Everything is going brilliant with the Ford Transit I got from here. Craig was really good and he dealt with everything very professionally, on the day of collection the paperwork was sorted out promptly for me and off I went in my new car, the whole experience was pleasurable without any pushy salesman. I was dealing with a very good guy called Brian, he carried the sale of the Land Rover so well and did a great job at handling everything. Brian was welcoming, friendly and he certainly exceeded my expectations. I have been pleased with everything since I drove away with the car. So far so good I say!

I was searching around for a new car on the net when I found one with Phantom Motors for sale with Auto Trader. I picked up the phone and I spoke to Craig who arranged for me to come to see the car and take it for a test run. When I arrived at their showroom in Wigan I was met by Craig again and he was really polite and went through things about the car with me, the test drive went well so I went ahead with the deal and i'm so glad I did because the car is perfect for me. Chris was really polite, welcoming and friendly whilst purchasing my Bentley from them in September, I am thrilled to bits with the car it is everything I ever wanted and more. The service from Craig was absolutely fantastic, in fact it was that good that we came back to them a couple of weeks later to buy an Audi for my husband. Craig is a lovely guy who could not have done anything more than what he did to help, he had great knowledge about the cars that he was selling and this made us feel very confident buying from him. I'm over the moon with my Ford Fiesta it is well suited to all of my needs.
