This is my first ever financing a car so I was really confused and it was daunting when I first starting speaking to them but they guided me through everything and explained all the details so I was aware of what was happening. I've found an issue with the shock absorbers and they have been so great with everything, they have pointed me in the direction of a garage and they are dealing with the quote. They have been happy to resolve so I cannot complain at all.

I am still learning to drive but I've spent so much on lessons my Dad suggested going and buying a car and going out with him where I can to save a bit of money on lessons. He suggested something like a Polo, Corsa, Fiesta, just a small fuel efficient car. I got looking and found a newish Fiesta with Phantom that seemed a good price and in good shape. We went to see it and I was really happy with it, my Dad picked out a few bits on the car but these seemed to be sorted when we collected. I'm running the car quite a lot with my Dad in it and it runs perfectly its a great little car and perfect for me learning to drive it. I can't wait until I'm passed and out and about on my own and the best thing is I will already be used to the car and how it drives. I have only given a 4* as there was a delay in picking the car up after agreed, other than that I am very happy with the car and Phantom as a business.

I know where I will be going when I'm ready to upgrade my car.... Just got a Range Rover Evoque for my partner and she is absolutely made up with it. Its in tip top condition, its immaculate. For the age, mileage and condition I think the price was really really good. The sales team are sound, they were brilliant from the moment I first contacted them. I will be shopping here again in the future.

I contacted Phantom to buy a Range Rover Evoque for my Wife. I did the dealings with the salesman etc and it was brilliant, a really straightforward simple process and to say the Wife is happy would be an understatement... makes my life easier anyway haha. She's absolutely over the moon with the car I've not heard a single complaint yet! Thanks again and hopefully see you again soon when its my turn for a new car.

I am more than happy with my Audi Q3, its a beautiful car and ever so smooth to drive, it glides on the roads and is very comfortable behind the wheel. Kevin was excellent, he answered any questions I had and was happy to spend time explaining everything in detail. When I'm ready to upgrade I am going to go back to Kevin and look for a Audi Q5.
