A huge thanks to Adam, a first class salesman! He looked after me from start to finish and made it as painless as possible. There is that generic reputation that dealerships/salesmen hold and this place breaks away from that completely. everybody there was very welcoming, happy to assist. Adam handled the sale in an A* manner throughout, he was extremely easy and pleasant to deal with. The deal was done and dusted in a couple of days and I've not looked back since. Adam in particular is a great guy, a very nice bloke with lots of knowledge and no BS factor. He was very polite, always gave all the information and didnt skirt around anything, very upfront. He had the car delivered to me and was always providing real time updates. Its nice to deal with a professional company. I only swapped my car as I needed more back seat / boot space, I did really like my old car so the new one had a lot of live up to... I went with a BMW X3 and it does exactly what it says on the tin, much more practical.

I got myself a little Audi A1 recently and I couldn't be happier with it, I'm still getting used to it and all the modern features it has, there's a lot to learn but I've really enjoying figuring everything out. Its the perfect little car and I loved the bottle of wine and little leather keyring I got with it, it really is the little things. The guys were so lovely very professional and courteous and always on hand to help with anything. The showroom is lovely, very clean and organised a very nice place to be. I recommend to anybody wanting to buy a new car, you won't be disappointed.

Such a straight forward and easy process, I saw the car online chanced going down without an appointment, they saw to me straight away, I had a look at it and bought it there and then... so streamline and simple! They offered to do a full service on it so I left it there and came back a couple of days later to pick it up. It had been cleaned from top to bottom and looked amazing. My Husband has an A Class and I've always loved it, I like how it worked, the functions/features, how it drives etc so when I was ready to upgrade mine I went on the hunt for one for myself. I found one online with Phantom and it looks perfect, I test drove it and loved it, we agreed on the deal and it was super simple from there. The best thing is, mine is newer than my husbands so he is envious of mine!! The customer service from Matt was perfect, he was quick, effifecent and thorough, not a thing to fault.

WOW...... My Mercedes A Class is amazing! I'm so so so happy with it, I bought it a couple of months ago and I'm just now getting through the mods I wanted to make to it, its literally the perfect car. I've had it in for a front lip fitted and I've just picked it up after having side skirts fitted. Its booked in for the brake callipers to be painted red next month too! I'm super excited to getting it back once its all done and exactly how I want it. Craig was a diamond, 10/10 100% customer service the whole time. Zero complaints or worries, this was the first time buying from Phantom but it won't be the last!

I am obsessed with my little Audi A1, I absolutely love it, its perfect. Its so much better on petrol than I thought it would be too. I love driving it I literally find any excuse at all to drive 🤣 Kevin was so good, I did actually buy a car from him before and he remembered me when I walked in which was really nice. He was dead dead good again with me, so helpful and really on the ball. There was a nice big umbrella in the car for me and I love a little freebie so that went a long way. Just the little added touches... really happy and will defo be seeing Kevin and co again in the future.

Just recently upgraded our taxi for a VW Passat and its superb. Been a self employed taxi driver I need my cars to be reliable and trustworthy and that's just what I got. Chuffed with it and its certainly doing its job well.

Bought my Wife an Audi A3, she is loving it, she loves the extra power behind it and how quick it shifts compared to her old car. There was no parcel shelf when we got it but they have sent it out to us in the post so all is good. Thanks very much everyone, lovely car we got.
