I am not over exaggerating when I say the customer care I got at Phantom was the best I have ever had! What a wonderful group of people you have on staff at Phantom! I am delighted with the McLaren I purchased it is absolutely perfect! It was a pleasure doing business at Phantom and I look forward to buying from them again.

I dealt with a chap called Adam at Phantom and he was great - easy to talk to and knew his stuff. He was able to sufficiently answer all my questions and he was never pushy. Despite a few niggles I am pleased with my GLC, its a beautiful car.

I would rate my experience with Phantom five stars for many reasons and I will tell you about a few of those in my review. For starters they have a beautiful range of stock available and I loved being able to browse at my leisure without pressure. The Range Rover that I bought is mint and there hasn't been a a single problem to be found with it. The gentleman who I dealt with was second to none and the staff were really easy to talk to. The procedure of buying the car was straightforward and completed in efficient time.

Despite initial teething problems everything worked out brilliantly! The 6 Series that I bought is grand, drives well and looks the part. The team at Phantom were very helpful when the initial issues did arise and after that is was plain sailing. Taking everything into consideration I would buy another car from Phantom in the future.

There is not a single thing more Phantom could have done for me to improve my car buying experience with them. The customer service was exceptional and the buying process was so smooth. I am over the moon with my Outlander, it is just what I was looking for 🤩🚗 Five stars from me!
