I am happy with the customer service I received from the team at Phantom, from the moment I arrived I received a warm welcome, which put me at ease. After a brief discussion I was shown to the car I had found online, an A-Class. When I was looking at the car there was no pressure. After the purchase I have found no issues and had no need to chase Phantom for anything. I would return without hesitation.

I mainly dealt with two lads down at Phantom called Chris and Adam! They are great guys, dead easy to talk to and answered all my questions sufficiently. My RS6 is fabulous, I have to give it a double take when I walk away because it just looks so good!

I have not had a single problem with my BMW, it handles great and the driveability has exceeded my expectations. When I was making the purchase everything went very smoothly, the salesman handled everything efficiently. I honestly cant knock this dealership.

A big whopping five stars for this dealership! Simply excellent service! The individual who I dealt with was very informative about the Evoque and didn't put on any pressure to buy. Test drive was more than sufficient and I was able to get a good feel for the car. The Evoque has been spot on for me, no regrets in regards to the purchase!

I never give five stars but these guys are as close as you can get! Customer service and car are both great. If I was being really nit picky the only think I would say that can be improved upon is the speed in which the paper work is transferred across.
