It was my first time using Phantom Motor Company, and I would be more than happy to pay them a visit again. The whole team were very friendly and welcoming when I went to view the S5 they had in. The car looked great when I was having a look around, and I wasn't hounded by the salesman, they were there when I needed them, but I didn't feel pressured. I have had no issues with the Audi since driving away, and would happily buy from the team again.

The car is a grand old thing, it has been serving me very well and is very easy on the eye. The car was presented really nicely, and I was able to give it a good look over in my own time, without the constant hounding of the salesman. Matt was my sales guy, and I thought he was a great sales agent, very helpful and informative throughout. I would have no hesitations in using Phantom Motor Company again.

The sales aspect was excellent however some improvement needed by after sales. Some minor issues seem to be difficult to resolve. The car is great but improve after sales please!

Nick was brilliant from the start, sorting my px was done straight away, he has phoned me twice since buying the car to make sure everything is ok with it. A very happ customer. Car is flawless.

Phantom motors were excellent to deal with our salesman Nick made the buying experience very straightforward and hassle free usually when you go to dealerships they have you there forever but Nick told us the prices and we collected the car couple of days later. If you want a quality car and a hassle free buying experience I would recommend phantom and Nick the sales person

Everything was dead easy and simple buying from Phantom. The Ford Ranger is a cracking truck, doing just what it needs to do for the business. The sale was perfect, not too long or tedious. Bernard was a lovely guy, he was a great help👍

Really simple and easy buying from Phantom. I was in and out within the hour with the S3 under my belt. The car has been fantastic, myself and my son are very pleased with it. I would have to give them 4 stars as there is always improvement!
