It was my first time visiting the Wigan lot at Phantom but I don't think it'll be my last. They were down to earth and everything straight forward. I chose a 4 series..... it is mega, it is proper sound. I would recommend.

I would happily go back to Phantom when I am looking to trade in my Mini, they were fab to deal with and made it a really simple purchase. I was in and out within the day, so it was a very quick turnaround which is nice. I am so pleased that I found this Mini, as it is top spec, and in great condition, (and the price wasn't too shabby either😉). Thank you all!

I have no issues at all with my car, I recently went to Phantom and it was a great experience and the car is a great car too. It is better than I imagined it to be! The deal was very simple to follow and they always updated me. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they even gave my car a nice valet before collection which made it that little bit better! I would happily recommend Phantom to others, it was a great experience!

Everything to do with buying and selling cars has changed so much in the last 15 years, so when I turned up at Phantom without booking an appointment/ viewing I think I caught them a bit off guard. However, they were very welcoming and were ever so friendly and more than happy to assist me. I told them my criteria for my next car, and what I had in mind, they soon got to work right away. The showed me a beautiful Range Rover and me and my wife instantly fell in love. After we had the initial inspection and a little test drive, it was all a breeze from then on. The paperwork was a doddle, it was so easy and was over in no time. I really enjoyed my day out with Phantom, although I don't think I'll be visiting again as I usually keep my cars until the end... I will happily tell everybody else though!

I was welcomed into Phantom by their very polite kind staff. The showroom was nice and relaxed and there was never any pressure to buy. The sale was completely hassle free and I'm really happy with my Cupra. Everything was as described and there's not been a single problem since driving it away. Thank you team!

Chris is a great lad, he always gets me first class cars, and always provides first class service. I recommend him highly he is a top bloke and looks after you from beginning to end!

I cannot put into words how fond I have grown for Phantom due to their honesty they had with me when I enquired about the 7 series they had available. I left a deposit down on the car after viewing it and was ready to prepare all of the documents to take the car away. When they took the car in to get a service and MOT, I had a phone call telling me that the sale couldn't go through as it wasn't fit for purpose after finding a fault. They explained how the under carriage of the car was welded together, so it wasn't safe to drive away. Now, if I had this same problem with other dealerships I guarantee they would've happily let me take the car away, so I really appreciated the honesty they had with me. They deserve no less than 5 stars for their amazing service and honesty. Although I didn't end up getting a car in the end, I would definitely use Phantom again!

I must say everyone at Phantom are so nice and welcoming, I was offered beverages, biscuits etc. before I even saw the car! They are very happy to answer any questions upfront and happy to show you details and history. I chose a Ghibli, and wow what a motor!! It looks so mean and sounds unbelievable on the roads. The guys gave me a complimentary bottle of wine and an umbrella which I thought was a nice little extra as well. I would happily recommend to my friends, family and colleagues.
