My A3 looked brand new out of the factory when I went to view it. It was so clean and drove unbelievably well. I was allowed to take it for a test drive, which solidified that it was definitely the one for me. It was so much fun being behind the wheel! Ever since, I have not looked back and have been thoroughly enjoying the car.

I highly recommend Phantom, my car didn't have a single issue in the 3 months that I had it. I have sadly sold my A180, as we recently had our first child so needed something a little bigger, however, during the time of ownership I absolutely loved the car. It was so much fun and looked so clean.

Bought a car from Phantom, I did have a little problem to begin with, however they got the car back in the garage right away to get it sorted for me. They were smashing to work with and were easy to have a laugh with. I would definitely use them again, it was a good buy!

Apart from the cost of fuel, the new SQ5 is absolutely brilliant! It is so much fun to drive and I feel very proud of it. The lads were great, very knowledgeable of the cars and presented it well. No complaints from my end, thank you all!

I really appreciate all of the hard work Phantom put in to make my experience as stress free and enjoyable as possible. They were absolutely brilliant on the day of the handover, staying a little later than closing time so I could come and collect the car. I cannot fault them one bit. Everything I asked to be done was sorted, I didn't feel pressured into the sale, it was a very successful sale. Thank you all, the hard work didn't go unnoticed.

Perfect car, perfect service! I am loving my Countryman so much, it is perfectly spacious for my family, but still has that infamous Mini look to it that I love so much. The team at Phantom were lovely to deal with, I felt really well cared for and guided through the purchase very well. I would have no hesitation in using Phantom again, it was great.

Everything was absolutely perfect with my GLC350, it drives beautifully and is a gorgeous car handling on the roads. The customer service from the team was fantastic as well, they were all so helpful and really took care of me. I highly recommend, and would happily buy again.
