When I was buying my Jaguar XE is was on a very limited amount of time, I arrived there at 9 in the morning when they were opening and by 9.30 I was out the door with my new car, really pleased they could meet my needs and get me on the road as quick as possible. Adam was a great example of a salesman and Phantom is definitely a place I would like to go again.

I would have to say the customer service here is top tier, the team are happy to get stuck in and help with whatever is needed. The satnav in my Land Rover needs a bit of attention and the lads are getting this sorted for me, other than that the car is perfect and I am very happy with how everything has been handled.

In the past I have bought direct from the manufacturing dealerships and the customer service I received there is not a patch on the service I was shown at Phantom, they are just incomparable. There were a few things I was unsure of how to sort but Chelsea saw to all of this and it was done in no time! My Evoque is a great car, truly there are no issues with it. It is everything I had been looking for and I am so glad I made the change from the previous places I have purchased and took a chance with Phantom because it has been worth it 100%! I suspect I will be back here again when I am ready to update my car.

It was such an easy buying process with Phantom, everything was so straightforward. There was no need to chase and no unnecessary waiting around. The t's were cross and the i's were dotted and off I went! My AMG is spectacular and driving very well.

I am enjoying my M4 Competition very much, it is a stunning car and VERY fun to drive! It handles well thanks to its rear wheel drive and decent power. Loving the spec of the trim that comes with the competition pack.

I cannot find one fault with the team or my car when buying from the guys back in April. I decided to hold off writing a review for a few weeks, as you never know what could go wrong, however, due to it coming up to the third month been fault free, I guess they deserve the praise! I went with an SQ5, and wow, it is gorgeous. It is a real beast on the roads and feels so much bigger than my last car. I cannot fault any part of the sale, they were friendly, helpful, courteous.... I highly recommend!!

It was my first time visiting the Wigan lot at Phantom but I don't think it'll be my last. They were down to earth and everything straight forward. I chose a 4 series..... it is mega, it is proper sound. I would recommend.

I would happily go back to Phantom when I am looking to trade in my Mini, they were fab to deal with and made it a really simple purchase. I was in and out within the day, so it was a very quick turnaround which is nice. I am so pleased that I found this Mini, as it is top spec, and in great condition, (and the price wasn't too shabby either😉). Thank you all!
