After a miss communication on both sides in terms of delivery / Collection.. everything went perfect, great sales team , was very well looked after...even received chocolates and wine for inconvenience, car was delivered in great condition, and fully valeted and serviced.. really happy with everything ,thanks

I'm very keen on my Continental GT, it was everything I was expecting for the money I paid. I had the car delivered to me and they even brought a kitten on the trailer, what a nice touch😂. I would highly recommend this dealership.

All is going well with my Mercedes, I'm really enjoying it. The customer service provided was great as everyone was very friendly and the transaction was made really easy which made it even better.
I'm really enjoying my new car from Phantom, I went with a Mercedes and absolutely love it! The dealership provided great customer service and everybody I came across was super friendly. To top it off, the whole transaction was made simple and streamline!

After a bad experience with pushy salesmen and bad customer service, it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Phantom Motor Company - they were spot on. Their customer service from the very start was second to none, it was so refreshing. I would happily recommend to others and I will definitely be back here when I want to upgrade.

Everything, form the initial contact with the sales team through to completing the transaction and collecting the car was brilliant. The team did a fantastic job, including the valeting bay too - the car was gleaming clean. I bought a Mercedes and have loved it ever since, thank you Phantom, great effort.
