I am very pleased with the service provided by Phantom. They were outstanding during the purchase of my 535D and made the transaction very simple. Their aftersales were great, I did have a small issue but they got the car straight back in the garage and it was sorted within a matter of days. Overall, I thought it was a very pleasant experience and would have no obligation to return here again for my next purchase.

We dealt with Chelsea and she was polite and knowledgeable. She gave us a lot of support and help with what we wanted. We went into the sales room wanting a particular car which was advertised but was sold but she managed to find us another which was exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much chelsea

We recently bought a vehicle from Phantom Cars, through Chelsea. i found her extremely friendly and down to earth. She was very professional and knowledgeable!! I had reservations at first dealing with a female, however Chelsea was very knowledgeable, straight taking to the point. Everything I wanted tweaking she arranged instantly!
