I would say the BMW from Phantom was defo an impulsive buy. When I saw it for sale there I just thought to myself that is a beautiful car and its a hybrid as well - which give the current state of things is definitely a bonus. At the moment I can just about get my dog and the golf clubs (the priority now I am retired) in the back but I am thinking I might need to go for something bigger in the future. I am confident when I do come to make this purchase for a bigger car it will be from Phantom again, there is no reason for it not to be. Everybody very pleasant and the delivery of the car was so convenient, I didnt lift a finger. No second thinking about recommending, all day long thanks very much you great bunch of people.

I've had my Alfa Romeo a good few months now and its perfect, I have really gotten used to the ins and outs of it. I love how it handles, just a pleasure to drive. I can't remember the name of the fella who I dealt with at Phantom (sorry) but he was spot on!

Overall our Mercedes is lovely and we are really happy with it. There were a few little niggles with it initially but the team at Phantom were really good at sorting them out and they even came to pick the car up from us when it was going in. We have no complaints regarding the customer service we received they couldn't have been more helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time spent with Phantom Motor Company, they are such a lovely bunch of people and took care of me from beginning to end. I viewed the Audi S5 they had in stock and took upon their offer straight away. It was in immaculate condition, and was such a beauty of a car and the price was cracking! Anyone with their head screwed on to them knows that the Audi S5/RS5 is the nicest Audi that there is 😉! Phantom Motor Company were so helpful and professional during my visit to their dealership. They were very relaxed and gave time to make a decision.
