Simple and easy transaction. The boys did a great job with prepping the car and cleaning it, it looks pristine. They are highly knowledgeable and polite and will go out of their way to assist. I have nothing but praise, thank you.

"First automatic car"

I just swapped to an automatic for the first time and there is zero chance of going back to a manual... its so nice and easy to drive an auto. I went with an Audi, quite new and modern with everything I needed, The car is doing great, its looking after me and so lovely to drive. The customer service was great, everybody very helpful and kind. If you're reading this review considering buying a car here, I recommend! I also highly recommend swapping to an automatic if your thinking about it!

"Part exchanged my old car for a new car"

I took my car down to Phantom ready to part exchange it for something newer, it was so easy they laid everything out on the table and we went from there. The new car is nice to drive, lovely and smooth. Its been nice having a change to a newer car and I thank Phantom for their help

Honestly can't praise these highly enough, the most positive review still wouldn't do it justice. I saw a SQ7 online and it caught my eye immediately, I contacted the seller (Phantom Motor Company) and spoke to Adam. He openly gave me the details and history of the car and left me with it to get back to him. I called back that Sunday and Adam was on a day off, he came into work to show me around the car, that is above and beyond anything I've experienced when buying a car!! I took my car down with my to Part Exchange, and it was brilliant it couldn't have been easier. Adam gave me top dollar for my old car, and got the SQ7 ready in next to no time. I had no doubts with Phantom the car was immaculate when viewing it and seeing the other cars in the showroom says it all, they are PRISTINE! The service was perfect from first entering and carried on even after the sale... The car is honestly perfect, I enjoy every journey I make its absolutely spot on, not missed a beat! When taking the car away there was a complimentary bottle of wine and a massive golfing umbrella, living in Scotland, both have been highly appreciated and helpful 😂

The highest I can give is 5, but if there was more stars I'd give more!! Top notch customer service, really really good. I went ahead with a Mercedes ML and its beautiful, such a pleasant car to drive I'm extremely happy with it. Thanks Phantom Motor Company, Ill be back when ready to swap it.
