Really happy with my new purchase, its taken a while to figure everything out and get used to difference in the drive but I'm loving it! Chelsea was great really helpful and clued up on everything. My 3 Series is wonderful I would happily buy another one from here in the future.

Its a solid 5 stars from me for Phantom Motor Company, they have absolutely sorted me out and more than once. I first came across Phantom when I was after a Civic Type R, they had the perfect one in and it was absolutely stunning! Unfortunately it got pinched when I was on holiday! I was absolutely gutted... I went back to Phantom to see what else they had and they sorted me out with a Audi RS4... what a car! I loved the car but my gosh did it drink fuel, I soon realised that it wasn't effifecent at all for what I was using it for so I was again looking to swap. Knowing that the RS4 was still in the immaculate pristine condition I got it in, I got back in touch with Jamie at Phantom to see if they wanted to buy it back and sell me another car... Jamie snapped my hand off and off I went on the search again. I decided on a Range Rover Sport and I'm over the moon with it. Had a slight niggle (Range Rover common known niggles) but Alan in after care has sorted me right out, he is a star! I really like Phantom and how they run their business, the way customers are looked after and valued. I will always use Phantom from now on and it will be the only the dealership I recommend to others.

Bought a 7 series for the business and its bang on, really happy with it and love driving it. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Phantom motor company to anybody else in need of a new motor.

Straight forward, no messing and no breathing my neck whilst trying to look around the car etc. None of the usual hard sell stuff, it was perfect. The Audi A4 is all good, driving very well, there's loads going on in it still finding buttons now that I'm yet to figure out! I massively recommend Phantom motor company

Let's just say Chelsea was very attentive and I felt unhurried in the purchase of my CLS Merc and there were lots of other excellent cars on offer. I have already recommended the Phantom Motor Company to several friends and colleagues from N.Ireland and South already which I don't do lightly. Hopefully will do business with them again.

The BMW 5 Series I bought from these lads is a lovely motor and such great value for money. The sales team couldn't have done anymore for me and it made the transaction effortless unlike some of the long winded stories that you hear😂.
