All good with our new Audi Q3, the expereince of buying it was great, no complaints at all, all staff helpful and friendly and the car is absolutely lovely. Highly recommend.

It was a simple process buying the Range Rover Sport, I called and spoke to Alan in the morning and met with him on site in the afternoon. Once I was happy with the car, we went through the finance options and Alan sorted out a great deal for me. Everything went well, very smooth. I've been back in contact with Alan after the sale, he has been fantastic. I needed a tow bar key sorting and he has constantly updated me, always in contact and been over-all very helpful in sorting. I would use again and certainly recommend on to others.

This has to be my 6th car from Phantom and as always I'm really pleased with it, fantastic car and the price was according. I usually part exchange back with Phantom and get a great deal on that too, a super easy and simple service. I like the way Phantom work and their staff are always on hand to help. Dominic was absolutely great when buying the car, we are a distance to Wigan but wanted to buy from Phantom with their reputation and prestige stock. We pretty much bought the car through What's App Dominic communicated very well with us, he was amazing, fantastic in sorting the finance, a easy and quick E-Sign, a really impressive service and very convenient. We had the car delivered to our door and our part exchange taken away, I don't think it could have been any more streamline. I only knock the score down by a star as I had an issue with the car, Dominic has sorted this out and I am now over the moon with my beautiful car.

Unfortunately, myself and my family have faced a few difficult events in recent months which mean that we may be looking to relocate the home for our beautiful new car. We are very sad to have to do this however we could not be happier with the service provided by Phantom Motor Company therefore felt it was pertinent to leave a glowing review. It was Adam that I dealt with and he was amazing, he showed me around the car and took me for a test drive which I liked, he was explaining everything in detail. I'm local to Phantom Motor Company but I actually found the Mercedes online. I decided to pop down and have a look at the car in person and it was exactly as described and in mint condition too. I couldn't not have it, I left a deposit and within a couple of days I was back collecting the car. I am absolutely made up with how everything has gone. All the guys down at Phantom are great and really helpful. They made the whole buying process really easy and straightforward. No hassle or stress at all and extremely quick. I've had Mercedes all my life, I absolutely love them, I think I will always drive them. I went down to the Phantom Motor Company showroom and collected a Mercedes GT. I absolutely love the car it is beautiful and Phantom Motor Company is a very nice company to purchase from. Been a bit of a petrol head, I checked the car over thoroughly and was more than happy with its condition. I am very happy with the service they provided me and would definitely go back to purchase from them again given my time using them.
