With the Mrs expecting, we were just browsing for something new to suit the whole family, I have a Ford Focus currently but since were expanding the family we wanted something a bit bigger for us all. We were looking for a good few months to be honest and everything we saw that we liked seemed to be at Phantom Motor Company so we decided to head on down and have a look. We were actually looking at an X3 but when we got there we were spoilt for choice. The salesman said that they did actually have a Range Rover Evoque just in that we could take a look at. My Partners had an Evoque before and loved it so it was definitely a contender. Once I set eyes on the car, I knew that that was the one. It was absolutely perfect so I snapped it up right away. It was Simon that we dealt with and he was a great guy, absolutely amazing customer service and so so helpful. We have had the Evoque a few weeks now and honestly it is such an upgrade from the Ford Focus, feels so luxurious and fantastic to drive. I totally look forward to driving it every day. I honestly cant recommend Phantom Motor Company enough, they have been amazing from start to finish, have a great selection of cars and really do just go to town on their customer service too.

Totally in love with my Mini Countryman! Such a lovely car and have been loving driving it!! The customer service at the dealership was really good and everyone was really helpful. I'll probably go back to Phantom for my next car and think my Mum is going to go for her Range Rover too. Would definitely recommend this dealership!🙌🙌

I went down to Phantom Motor Company after seeing a Range Rover Evoque on Autotrader, I went down with my Dad for a bit of moral support. The car was everything I wanted so I had high hopes for it. We got there and the guys were all so welcoming and kind. I don't know much about cars myself so they were really helpful in that respect. They sorted me out quite quickly and I was happy with how everything was handled. Unfortunately after a couple of days, the Evoque had to go back into the dealership as it had a wiring issue but they booked me straight back in to get it sorted so I cant really complain about the aftersales that I received, it was spot on. I've not really driven the car too much but of what I have drove, I've enjoyed.

Went down to Phantom Motor Company on the Monday to view the car, really liked it. The guys down there were really helpful and showed me round the car then gave me time to have a look at it on my own too. No pushiness which is a thumbs up from me. I was impressed with the car so decided to go forward with the purchase. It was a very smooth and easy transaction thanks to the sale staff and I am now very pleased with the car.

Proper good experience at Phantom Motor Company. I am so made up with the Land Rover Discovery, its a mint car and the fellas were all sound as a pound. Made sure we were looked after and a quick process, no faffing about. Cant complain about a thing.

I was just browsing online at a few cars, no intention of purchasing just been nosey! I spotted a Mercedes down at Phantom Motor Company and couldn't help myself, I had to go and see it! I got there and realised what a bad idea it was, I fell in love with the car straight away and I knew I had to have it! Before I knew it it was mine! I am over the moon with the car now, no regrets at all! And the guys down there, they were all so helpful! It was such a positive buying experience and I would be more than happy to go back again and buy from Phantom in the future!

A perfect buying experience with Phantom Motor Company. I am over the moon with my Mercedes GLA. I have thoroughly enjoyed driving it however I am still yet to convince my wife to get behind the wheel! The customer service from Ben was outstanding, and the same with the gentleman that delivered the vehicle also. Both very professional and knowledgeable. The delivery was on time and very convenient for us. We would be more than happy to purchase from Phantom if we were to look for another car in the future.

We saw the Audi A3 online and really liked it so decided to order it on a delivery basis. Blind buying wouldn't have been our first choice, but for convenience and time, it worked well - we were not disappointed. The car was delivered straight to our front door, the guy who dropped it off was very friendly and pleasant. We are very happy with how everything went and would be happy to buy from Phantom Motor Company again.

I haven't used the Range too much but its a beautiful car and a dream to drive, the miles I have done in it, I have enjoyed. I saw the car on Autotrader initially and arranged a viewing from there. The staff there were all really nice and helpful I was showed around the car and all questions answered. It was a great car, as I was expecting. I'm really happy with the purchase and the process that I went through to get it. Happy to recommend to others.
