I'm really happy with the Mercedes that I got from Phantom Motor Company. It was Jamie that helped me through the process and he was really polite and friendly. I had a bit of an issue with the car but the guys got me back in straight away to sort that for me. I would be more than happy to go back when I want another car in the future and have already been telling people how good they are too.

I went down to Phantom with my Dad to look at a Volvo XC90. The guys down there provided great customer service and we really liked the car it was just as described online. Its myself that drives the car and I've been having a lot of fun in it. Its a great vehicle and is just what I wanted. Very happy with my buying experience at Phantom Motor Company.

Such nice people to deal with, its quite daunting buying a car, especially with very little knowledge and a couple of bad previous experiences... But I felt right in place at Phantom, I wasn't made to feel stupid and they explained everything to me really well without patronising me. I didnt expect to be in and out so quickly, I went to view the car expecting a good few days prep work and then collection....
