Any hiccups or delays were solely on my part, Phantom worked hard to get everything in place and done and dusted in good time, with the delays my end Phantom were patience and extremely accommodating. The guys in the showroom were brilliant the transaction was easy and smooth and extremely stress-free. Would easily recommend this dealership if you're looking for a new car.

The salesman I dealt with at Phantom was absolutely great, the whole transaction was looked after well and everything ran quite smoothly. I purchased a Range Rover Evoque, I haven't done that many miles in it, but its good, really good. Its been reliable up to now and there's nothing to complain about. My last 2 or 3 cars have come from Phantom and been very good so I have no doubts about this one.

Customer service wise the lady I dealt with was very good, I cannot fault her at all, looked after me, explained everything, was helpful and friendly, very good. The car is lovely, drives nicely and I am enjoying having it, there's been a few niggles that I'm in contact with the dealership with and they have been more than accommodating and helpful. I would happily buy here again and recommend to friends and family.

Thanks to Dom and his team for a excellent service and car. I went to Phantom after seeing a X5 advertised, it read perfectly and looked in tip top condition. Dom sent some further pictures over and gave me all the information I needed, I was more than happy with everything and sealed the deal over the phone with a deposit and arranged delivery. I am so happy with the car, over the moon with it, its truly brilliant. Although the weather was bad on the day of delivery, I could see the efforts that had been made on the full valet. Excellent service from the first initial call with Dom, to the delivery driver and everything in between!

For me the biggest risk was buying a car so many miles away. Wigan is a far trek for me and just inconvenient... I found this Scirocco online and I fell in love with the colour and I love the new shape Sirocco's, they are so so nice. I called and spoke to the chaps who explained all the details and history of the car and was I sold... YES. I knew when making the phone call I wanted the car anyway, he didnt need to sell it to me, the photos did that! I left a deposit and the chap said he could deliver to my door for FREE! A few mornings after, there she was shiny new beautiful Scirocco, I was absolutely made up. Very straight forward even without seeing the car or the dealership, all ran smoothly all time frames met if not exceeded... Thank you Phantom, a great service and a great car purchased.

I viewed a Range Rover Sport with Phantom Motor Company and apart from a few bits and bobs, it was perfect. There was a couple of things that needed sorting on the car and when I went to collect everything we discussed had been done, it was absolutely perfect. Extremely good customer service, I would recommend.

Exceptional service whilst buying my new car, the sales team were fanatstic and all helped each other out which was nice to see, its usual rival in sales role like that. I was looked after by everybody who dealt me and there is no reason I wouldn't recommend or us again myself, really nice dealership to buy from.

I was definitely happy with how easy everything was and the great customer service I received, and I would definitely use Phantom Motors again in the future given my experience with them.
