I've not long got back off holiday so I've not managed to get out in my Audi E-Tron as much as I'd wanted to but for the time I have driven it, it's been spot on. I can't remember the salesman's name but nothing was to much trouble for them on the day.

I live in Cheshire but commute to Manchester everyday so my commute has become quite costly with the fuel prices these days. I decided it was time to start looking at electric cars but no matter how much I looked I just couldn't find one that suited me. That is when Phantom swooped in with their E-Golf! I knew as soon as I saw it that it was the one for me. Alistair was great from the first second I spoke to him about it and just got me everything I needed. Brad sorted all the finance out for me and they were both just really efficient and helpful. I am loving my E-Golf and it has literally more than halved my commute cost!

When I was looking for my Mercedes A-Class, I was being knocked back a lot. Every time I rang to go and view one, when I got there it had been sold. I was getting so disheartened and that is when I stumbled across Phantom Motor Company. They just restored my faith straight away, they reserved the car for me so that it was waiting for me when I came to view it. Chelsea was dead good with me, it was all just so easy and such a smooth process. There was no hassle with it or pressure to buy. I would definitely go back there for my next car and would recommend them to anyone. My A-Class is definitely an upgrade from my old Corsa. I drive it a lot for work so I am always in it and I absolutely love it.

My new Volvo XC90 is such an upgrade from my old BMW. It is so lovely to drive, it is like an ocean liner compared to the speed boat I had before 😂 It is just much smoother and more relaxed. Longin helped me settle on it and he is a really nice lad. Everyone was nice and friendly there though. They even sorted it for me to get the wheel refurbed locally and they covered the cost! Good overall experience!

My Audi Q5 is brilliant, just so lovely. The service has been exceptional and they definitely looked after us well. Ben was brilliant throughout, he kept us informed with what we needed to do, got everything ready for when we got to the showroom. From the minute we spoke to Ben on the phone to when we took the car away it was an excellent experience. A big thank you from us. We will be looking for another in the next 6 months so will be going back there first for sure.

I made their jobs very easy as I came in and just knew what I wanted straightaway. They got me everything I needed quickly and it was all very straightforward. I didn't take it for a test drive as I was just happy with it and knew it was perfect for me.
